Friendly, helpful staff. Hass at Dundee store was great explained everything and handled car sale quickly and efficiently and gave a great price.

Easy service to use from start to finish. Getting a valuation was straightforward. It was higher than other online valuations so we booked an appointment online.
We were met by friendly staff in Peter Vardy Perth and offered a coffee while we waited for our appointment.

Andy Telford met us, explained the process, and looked over the car. He then explained the valuation and although lower than the online valuation was a fair price. We accepted. Paperwork was straightforward. Money was in our account within 3 working days.

Great, quick service from Hass at the Dundee garage he delivered everything that he promised. This was the second time I have dealt with him and would do so again.

Updated on 17 May: After my email to the customer service, they replied very quickly/politely and sent the hotel offer. I have then raised one star (good customer service is a key) but I still think that the management need to consider a direct phone line for Goodbye Car to support the customers faster and also there should be a system to chase whether the promised call backs have happened or not.

They price was good but the customer service is not. First of all, they don’t have a direct phone number. You will need to call Petervardy (Hillington Glasgow in my case) and you will almost always be told we have sent them a message and they will call you back! (Never had call back!) After too many calls, I managed to get my money in 3 days (instead of 48 hours they had promised) and Finance company payment in 9 days. They also promised that they will send the proof of payment and hotel offer to my email on 24 April; today is 3rd May and still no email!! I found out from the finance company that they finally paid. I gave up to chase them for the hotel offer so I agree with the other reviews that you shouldn’t expect that offer!

Free hotel stay? I don’t think so. We attended the seafield branch and sold our car in February and still two months later we have no response to our emails to both info and it their staff inboxes.

The car sale process was smooth and straightforward. The price I was offered was satisfactory too. Hass at the Dundee branch came across as professional, friendly and down to earth. He was on point and did not try to engage in any unnecessary drama.

Really good company to deal with. Attended today was met by David who was able to explain the whole process. We both went out to the car to check it over and all the paper work was dealt with.

Would highly recommend. Both Peter & David were super helpful and their service was impeccable. Car was sold at the quoted price in less than 10 minutes and money paid in 48 hours.

Excellent price and service was first class, it was so nice to deal with a genuine company and representative David Adam personally ran me to the station to get the train home.

This was the best deal in town for a car we did not need and would have been 5 stars if they kept there word about the free hotel stay that we did not get, Hass at Dundee gave us a good price and we excepted. After posting this I received a reply from PV with a voucher for a hotel stay 5⭐️ for your fast response.

John was very helpful and professional and the deal was done with no fuss or hidden extra charges at the best price in a very competitive market right now . The money was in my account as promised and i would recommend Goodbye Car under the Vardy umbrella to anyone . You dont need to spend fortunes on advertiseing especially with celebrities being paid huge ammounts . Looks like Goodbye cars have passed on some of this to give people what they need and want right now . A good fair deal .

Shopped around for the best quotes which were not to standard.... and then found GoodByeCar which blew everyone out the water. Contact was then made with David Adam who was available fora next day appointment where he was friendly and approachable and then agreeing a price for my vehicle which was simple. David was very accomodating and allowed me time to sort out documentation and thereafter accomodated the handover process very late on a Friday night (sorry).
David is an asset and I would highly recommend himself and Peter Vardy to friends, family and would use them again.

David Adam from the Hillington branch was great, got a great price for my car and like others have said, significantly more than the competitors! Cannot recommend goodbye car more and have been raving about it to anybody who'll listen!
