3 weeks in and still waiting on my tea. The first order was continously re-routed and customer service told me to wait days on end as the tea might still arrive until they finally realised this package wont ever arrive! They apparently sent another order out just to encounter the same scenario again, parcel being re-routed. At this point I cannot say that I am impressed with this company and all I want is my money back. Having to wait 3 weeks for tea that can be bought in the shop is unacceptable. Wouldnt recommend ordering from them.

I cannot remember a company I've loved after one experience in my life and can fully understand the hype around them.

They deliver a fantastic product with amazing flavours that you'll struggle to narrow it down as the range is quite extensive.

My first time buying directly from the manufacturer and I was pleasantly surprised at the lead time.
They came beautifully packaged in an incredibly sturdy box that there was absolutely no worries regarding damage.

I will go directly to them in future as they have amazing customer service and their response time to an enquiry is so fast (which I like and they interact with a human which is fantastic)

Very decent herbal tea with a surprisingly high-quality taste. Goodearth has genuinely earned me as a loyal customer. Their blends feel fresh, soothing, and thoughtfully made — exactly what I want from a herbal tea.

It’s also noticeably cheaper to buy directly from their website compared to the supermarket, which makes it even better value. Delivery has been smooth, and the packaging feels premium without being wasteful.

I bought the "Opulent hibiscus and red berries, perfectly balanced with light, floral rose petals" .... Sounded amazing. I opened the package and the scent was absolutely lush. Looked like a quality product. Here's the but ... the flavour let this product down in epic proportions. The taste was bland and acrid. And, yes, I brewed it to standard. Very disappointing. On the upside, I am now using the rest of the bags in a dish in my bathroom because they make a lovely potpourri !! 👍

Was told they would change my address, never happened. It would have been better if they just said no changes can be made. As soon as I ordered it reported it! No order received ! Complete waste of money

I'm a big fan of Good Earth teas, and getting them on sale was fantastic. The delivery was swift, and the packaging was excellent.
