Garbage! Please do not waste your money on any of their products. They are cheap misleading and you have to wait quite some time because everything ships from China. They lure you in with their descriptions and the products are low quality. I was told that the towels were Hotel Luxury brand and they are a matted microfiber that only road side roach motels would carry. Trust me save your money for a better quality product.

Do not buy anything from this company! They have a website with items that do not correspond to what you receive. I bought a memory foam pillow on their website, and they sent a completely different pillow with no label, it's made of plastic... absolutely rubbish. I contacted them, and they said I had to return it to get my money back. That means I have to pay half the price of it just to send it back! They did that on purpose to keep our money. Absolutely disgusted.

I ordered a runner for a tv unit. I waited for weeks for it to arrive. They had sent me a different one to what I ordered. The one they sent was of poor quality. I contacted them and they stated they would refund 50% if I keep it. No money has been refunded and I told them I didn’t want it. I would return it for full refund. Now they are ignoring my emails

Only rating this one star because I can't rate it 0. I made a mistake ordering a child's rug, so I attempted to cancel within 10 minutes of placing the order. Support said the order was already processing and could not be cancelled.

So, I asked for return and refund policies and was told by support I needed to wait for the package to be delivered. When it was delivered - 15 days after ordering - I requested return and refund instructions. I was offered either (A) to return to Australia or China, but at my own cost. Shipping to these facilities costs about 1/2 of the purchase price of the product! Or (B) A 35% discount off the product.

Oh, and support never responds in less than 24 hours. I really wish I would have read the fine print before purchasing, so I'm sharing this experience so you don't have to make the same mistakes I did.

Exceptionally long shipping time and when the items arrived they were made from extremely cheap plastic and warped, so two identical items were not the same shape or size. The packaging was also low quality, just some cheap plastic wrap inside a plastic bag. I expected a lot more for the price.

Ordered a double blanket. Advertised as a double and images show a doublebed with lovely looking blankets. received a very small cot size blanket. Came from China with no way obvious to return.

Item delivered after quite clearly direct job from china as it took a couple weeks to arrive. Bought a blackout curtain which is extremely thin and flimsy. Have emailed to ask for a returns/refund as there's no way to request otherwise and have not had a response, followed up again after a week. Not holding much hope out. One of these companies happy to pay for Google ads and targeting but won't respond.

Update - they said they'll only accept a return to a warehouse in Australia, Vietnam or China and I have to cover the cost?! Don't know why they are selling in the UK if they don't have a returns system.

Product was of poor quality for the price. Returns policy poor - either send it back to their China warehouse at my expense or keep the unneeded/unwanted item and receive a 35% discount (not good for the planet).

A scam website - I ordered a blanket that was advertised as being for a double bed, on a webpage that featured photos. The blanket that arrived was about third of the size of the one in the picture. The company then said that I would have to return the product to their warehouse in Australia if I wanted a refund, and refused to cover the cost of returns. It’s very clearly a scam website, full of AI content and fake reviews. Avoid at all costs.

Pretty sure I have been scammed in amongst Amazon products which was my request to find the company is in China and is not Amazon no answer from email or the tracking site just says dispatched can only say avoid this company

I don't give many poor reviews, because I believe if you can't say anything nice you shouldn't say anything at all, but sadly I was shattered when this throw arrived - it's the poorest of quality, with the stitching coming away after the 1st wash. It's red and it's sewn with white cotton all around, they couldn't even be bothered to use a colour that blended. Won't EVER be using this company again!!!! Dear customers please be warned

My wife & I ordered a U-shaped Pillow, which their website claimed was a firm, support pillow. It arrived and was extremely soft, and offered no support. It's the same useless one you can order from China.
Very misleading website. Disgusting behaviour from this company. My wife is having difficulty locating a good firm pillow in this shape. She's tried 3 different companies, this was the worst misleading company though!
