Terrible customer service and still no order after 12+ days.

I’ve been waiting over 12 days for my order and have had no resolution. Slumblr told me the delivery failed because nobody was home, which is not true, I have Ring Doorbell footage showing that no delivery was attempted.

I checked the Royal Mail tracking myself and it states “Incorrectly addressed. Returned to sender.” I’ve contacted Slumblr by email, DM and through their complaints process, but they are not responding. My comments on their social media are also being deleted.

I simply want my order delivered or a full refund. Instead, I’m being passed between Slumblr and Royal Mail with nobody taking responsibility.

Extremely disappointing experience and very poor customer service.

Customer services did eventually get back to me but like most people on here have said when trying to return as 60 days Guarntee given - full refund not possible - told I could have a 35% refund or ship it back at my expense to Australia or Vietnam (so their factory may have moved from China but still crazy expensive to return from the UK) - the pillow was far off from being thick enough to offer any proper support - STAY AWAY!

Dont buy expensive for what it is its thin and took ages to come look elsewhere

Total sham of a company. Disguises itself as an ‘Australian company’ with multiple shipping locations. The shipping location is infact China. If you want to try and cancel once you realise this on receiving tracking information they will not process this under ‘Australian law’ even though there is a 4-5 day lag time between order and dispatch therefore confirming this is a cover for drop shipping. The pregnancy pillow is cheap and feels like something you would get off a market store. Would pay less than £15 for it not the £80 it cost. No option to return due to the £50 shipping fee back to China and wouldn’t provide a return address. Was unsure if the refund would even happen if did manage to send back. They know the cost of their goods is cheap the return options were pick another product for $30 on the website. Send back to China and pay shipping. Or get 35% refund. Totally backed into a corner as a consumer. Don’t make the mistake of ordering from here. If I had researched first I wouldn’t have ordered at all.

AWFUL! I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased. Slow delivery, beyond terrible customer service and the website is all lies. These are just cheap Chinese products dressed up to look premium and like they are from a reputable supplier. Don't fall for the 60 day guarantee - you will not get 100% of your money back - they'll either offer you a partial refund or you have to return the products to China (at your expense) for a full refund. BUT good luck getting the return delivery details from them! At this point I will be looking at a credit card chargeback.

Ordered some basic velcro top curtains for a shed. Size was wrong & quality very poor so wanted to return. To return you have to post to China! 35% discount was offered to keep the product.
Avoid buying from Tumblr, they operate from China and posting back stuff very expensive.

Slumblr® Ergonomic Recovery Support Pillow

What a terrible waste of money from an ignorant company, purchased this pillow to aid in recovery from shoulder surgery.
Took 2 weeks to arrive, not as described, return portal on Slumblr® is not working and customer service do not respond to emails…

Do not buy cheap china product takes a month to receive I tried to cancel days after order when it didn’t even have shipping label let alone be shipped stay away horrible customer service major scam

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from Slumblr! If you want to return the item you will be caught in a trap.

I bought a pillow from them for $45. It took three weeks to arrive. After two weeks I contacted them to cancel the order. I was told I could not cancel the order. I had to wait until it arrived. I could then send it back. I needed the pillow to help prevent my husband from falling out of bed. I could not wait three weeks so I purchased another from a different company. It came in 3 days.
Slumblr is based in China so if you want to send your pillow back you will have to pay about $30 for the return. They do offer 35 % back on your purchase. I paid $45 for the pillow and then would have to pay $30 to send it back. Thirty five percent of $45 is $15.75 which is what they would send me. I chose not to send the pillow back because it didn't make sense.

From now on I intend to check the company I am buying from more carefully before I purchase anything online. I was foolish! Don't you be!

Same quality product that you could get for far less on Amazon, and they do not honor traditional return policies. You have to send in a video regarding feedback on their product for them to entertain a return request. Even then, they offer you a 35% partial refund for you to keep the product OR they allow you to pay for shipping back to their warehouse in China.

It's a well-branded drop-ship company with basically no customer service. Buy through Amazon and skip the hassle.

So after buying a bath pillow from my phone browser and having it not arrive on time (estimated arrival on May 19) I clicked on the tracking link from my work computer and got a warning from my computer protection software that Slumblr might be a scam site! Full of concern for my good credit, I did my (belated) research and found that I was likely just risking a really late delivery or a bad product. Weeks passed. In mid-July the tracking site said it had been delivered on June 29. As I had gotten no package, I feared at least a misdelivery. But today (July 20) it showed up! In good condition, exactly as represented on the site, and very comfy. So, great product on first contact, very bad delivery and tracking info. Thus the three stars.

Clever marketing and photos conceal this rubbish tat that comes from a Chinese factory. I purchased blackout blinds. They were so poorly made, the stitching was coming loose and the instructions were in Chinese! The Velcro has absolutely destroyed the walls and taken off all the paint. Avoid!

Don’t buy from here . Basically a scam , they sell you China goods available elsewhere for 1/3 of the price . They don’t clearly state you have to wait weeks for it because it comes direct from distribution in China .
And if you’d like to return for refund you have to pay and post back to China .
Simple don’t buy from here.
Just go direct to SHEIN , Temu , alibaba or Ali express .

Total cheap garbage from china..the product didn't resemble what was listed on the internet. Nor were the sleep ear plugs noise reducing...they're just cheap ear bud covers on equally cheap stems.

After threatening to file a complaint with the FTC during to their bait and switch garbage you receive that does not resemble their AI generated photos...they offered me a 35% refund or send it back to China on my dime....considering the site I ordered from stated they were in the US...So this company is one big lie

On this 15.05.26, 22.05.26 and 02.06.26 I emailed this business. Prior to buying an item, I had a couple of questions which were not on their FAQ section.

I didn't receive a reply to any of my emails and there is no phone number.

There is NO customer service or engagement

I paid £7 for express shipping and received the pillow about 2 weeks later. I did try and cancel because I have a trapped nerve and needed it quickly .
I think it is expensive and certainly would not recommend this company.

This company is a SCAM! I bought the Bluetooth eye mask, and it never worked. Even the instructions were bogus: "press button for a long time." I can't believe I fell for this. Do not believe any positive reviews. It's more than likely a lie.

Spent nearly $70 to buy a big goose plushy for my gf. The item was dropshipped from China the quality was bad with not enough stuffing. And item was sold at a ridiculous markup. Would’ve just bought from Aliexpress had I done more research.
