They do not honor the return policy listed in their website. The part I ordered ended up not working for my vehicle and thus, I requested a refund. After several exchanges over email in which I requested to return the product no less than 3 times, they eventually said they would not accept the return even though my order met all of the requirements listed in their posted return policy. I was also not given a reason as to why my return was not being accepted.

Item was defective and I was told they wouldn't send out a new one. Just told me to buy a new one from them. Wow!

I ordered a trd pro style grill and it showed up with 2 broken tabs. I contacted seller sent multiple pictures of broken tabs and what they were supposed to look like and was given a hard time. They stated that they couldn't see the damage and offered me $10 for my trouble..100% do not recommend goodmatchup

I ordered a grill for a 2024 Toyota Tundra. I paid the larger amount to have the light bar included. They did not send the light bar. I have tried several times to have them correct this. They would not refund any money or send me the light bar. They only have an email for contact purposes and now they won’t even respond to me at all. Do not buy them!

They deliverded the wrong part and refused to take it back and/or replace or refund.

Would give no stars if I could, I preferred a grill, they quickly took my money and after a few weeks I reached out to why I never received it. They said it was on back order, shortly afterwards the item was taken off the shop app and I never received the grill. Now I’m trying to get my money back! Never again will I deal with this half assed scam of a company

I ordered a TRD style grill for our sequoia about a month ago and still have not received it. I emailed them about a week after I placed my order to inquire when it may ship, they sent one email saying it was not in stock and they would check with the warehouse. I asked them to please cancel the order. Crickets. I've sent follow-up emails asking for them to please cancel and still no response. My only hope is that my payment provider will refund me.
Anyways, in my opinion this site is a borderline scam. The only reason I ordered through them was because I had read some positives on forums, but something must have changed since then. If you're looking for the TRD grill I would go with ebay.
