Unexpected but much appreciated

When I let the company know that my package was mistakenly delivered to wrong address they actually gave me a partial refund for the hassle. This was completely unexpected but much appreciated.

Easy to order

Easy to order, tracking was awesome, delivered quickly and a great sleep on our new Juno for our RV. The Queen RV fit perfect. Mattress cover is great, sheets good the pillows a bit small. All in all great service.

Haven't been disappointed in anything…

Haven't been disappointed in anything we've bought including multiple beds, frames, pillows and linens.
The recent duvet purchase was quick, easy checkout and fast delivery and it's the best we've had to date. Far better and more comfortable than ones we've spent hundreds of dollars more on.

Nous sommes très heureux et satisfaits d'avoir acheté ces deux matelas. le prix était bon...même chose sur la qualité du produit. la livraison fût rapide et efficace. ça fait déjà plusieurs mois de notre achat et nous sommes toujours aussi satisfaits. Je vous les recommande sans hésiter et sans aucun gain monétaire pour ce commentaire. merci encore .

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. Had an extremely sketchy experience with customer service. They withheld over $1000 refund on a cancelled order because they mistakenly sent out the “free” gifts that were on promo. Their mistake, I had no idea they did it, was never sent tracking or notice and they refused to refund because of it. I had to open a BBB complaint after weeks arguing with their customer service and voila full refund. Wasted a lot of time & energy dealing with their sleazy customer service.
