Excellent bed! My daughter finds it so so comfy! This is her big girl bed mattress (she’s 4.5 years old) and has finally slept through the night since getting it!!!! Woooo! Great product and experience!

I’m leaving a review for Juno mattresses. We have a number of group homes and our clients are quite hard on mattresses. I started out buying one mattress for a fellow that snored. He said he didn't like these mattresses, so I told him if he doesnt like it we’ll get a pillow topper mattess. He stopped snoring the first night. Since then, Ive bought another double, two singles and a queen. Everyone’s loved them! I was given another similar mattress from another company thats a few hundred more. But, why pay extra for the name! Im staying with Juno. I can’t see buying anything else.

Bought 2 of these beds so far and both are perfect. Love how I can’t feel my partner move and it is the perfect firmness for me and my wife. It was also the cheapest mattress I found and was delivered right to my door. I’m not one to leave reviews but I’m so happy with this mattress and since it’s a Canadian company, I figured I’d take a minute and help them out. I recommend this mattress 100 percent.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had!

Ordered from their Logan & Cove brand and had my mattress delivered with hot glue from that packing process all over the partially unsealed mattress. I went through their claims process where they wait until the last day of their "we'll get back to you in 1-5 business days. Once I received the bed frame I unpacked the mattress to find it significantly smaller than an advertised king size. I reached out again and 5 days with no reply I had to call almost every day for 2 weeks before receiving any form of communication which ended up being right before they closed on a Friday. I relied to their response over the weekend and heard nothing from them the following week. I am now 4 weeks into a claim that was supposed to take 1-5 business days with no communication from the company unless I hound them. Not to mention they sent me a link to a review where I as well gave them 1 star due to my customer service experience and was informed they would "reach out" to which I have still heard nothing.

Update - the company responded to my rating relatively quickly. I heard back from their customer service department 2 days later with regards to my claim. I responded to them and again crickets from their "service team" for 3 days. I am now over a month I to a claim that should have been a matter of 1-2 weeks.....

We have purchased 2 of the queen size Juno beds for our lake home and one of our daughters bought a double for herself at her apartment. We LOVE these mattresses. They came recommended by our son & daughter-in-law who have a king size Juno. Easy to order, easy to set up, and a great comfortable sleep. We will definitely be buying more as we replace our mattress at home and a few more mattresses at our lake home.

I have a hard time finding a comfortable mattress. I have tried quite a number of different brands and firmness levels. The Juno mattress, that I have been sleeping on for about a month, is the best by far. I sleep very well through the night and wake up refreshed. I cannot recommend the Juno mattress enough.

Very comfortable mattress for the FIRST month when it started to sag in the middle.
Note - this mattress is 6" shorter than normal because it is for a camper AND I am the only one on the mattress. I weigh less than 150lbs.
I called to start the warranty process and took all the bedding off to take pictures of the manufacturer tag, bed frame, etc. Moving the mattress on my own, in a camper, was no small feat. Pictures were emailed and the reply was disheartening. Now I had to remove all the bedding again and take pictures of the sag using a string from one side to the other....alone...THEN I had to remove the mattress from the frame and put it on a floor to take more pictures. Obviously they have never been in a camper and don't realize how little floor space is in a camper. Not to mention having to move the mattress by myself.
The camper is now closed up for the winter and nothing will be resolved until Spring/Summer. Very frustrating.
I believe they do this this just to deter people from using their warranty process. Very frustrating to pay $600 for a mattress that is not lasting.

Great mattress. Still very firm after 5 months. I reccomend.

I have 5 of these mattresses and love them. They are so comfortable. My kids who are young adults love them. Every morning they tell me how comfortable their sleep was lol

Oh man! We bought a new trailer. 4 years in, we really knew the factory mattress was not doing anything for our rest quality. After extensive shopping, we decided to try Juno.

Great decision!! Out of the box, which was it's own fun experience, almost magical how it installed! We put it in place, it expanded almost fully, so we laid on it! WOW! Night time couldn't come soon enough for us! The first sleep was great! Both of us have back issues, this mattress is comfortable for both! After 20 sleeps, we are solid Juno supporters! The mattress came with a mattress pad, also excellent! We would not hesitate to buy again!

The mattress, upon opening, was neutral in odor, which we were hoping. We were afraid it may have the chemically smell that reminds you of China, but this was not the case. You will find cheaper on Amazon, but quality and delivery are 2 different things. Buy Juno, sleep great!

I'm a hot sleeper, so I decided to splurge a little bit on the Cool+ Cover for my Juno Queen matress.

Best. Decision. Ever.

I was nervous for my first sleep, as I'm picky with mattresses, but it was the best sleep I'd had in years. My Juno is firm enough to be supportive, but with just enough of a foam topper to be excellently comfortable.

As is with most reviewers, Juno, by providing an excellent product quickly and at the best price for a premium mattress in Canada, has made sure I have little-to-no meaningful criticism of their product or their business.

After 3 months, still sleeping the best in years.
But yes, I should have bought a couple of pillows.
My mistake. I have had feedback that they really compliment the experience.
Leaving on vacation in a few days, but I’ll look for a good deal before Christmas! 😀

Well! I have to say that this is the best mattress I ever bought. It’s been over a month now and I’m sleeping great, I very much love it money well spent ❤️

We purchase a bed in the summer for our RV. The experience from start to finish was excellent. From the staff I spoke with on the phone to the end product everything was awesome. Juno does allow you a 120 day free trial even on their RV matress, which any big box matress stores will not allow.

Juno makes a very good product at a very reasonable price and they are made in Canada.

Very comfortable mattress indeed!!! Recommend this mattress very much! Love it!
