Great company
I have purchased several pair of glasses thru them. They have great prices and the glasses were just as good as store brands for a fraction of the cost. I had one pair that was damaged and they sent me another pair. Excellent customer service. Big fan!

They have failed with Bifocal prescription but they did issue a full refund.
This is a company who care about his customer and do not hesitate to issue a full refund when the job hasn't been done at 100% satisfaction.

Efectue una compra em 23 de Julio. ALl 14 de agosto NI SIQUIERA me pueden dar el numero de tracking. No se si es tan poco serio o me estan estafando. Dicen al 14 de agosto que tienen un problema en el sistema y que no me pueden dar el numero de tracking que vengo reclamando desde el 2 de agosto.

Misleading frame pictures
I am very disappointed with designers frame. What you see is not what you get. I spend more than $400 expecting getting better this time but I am a fool. Recent purchase cost me more than $200 with complete misleading picture on their web site and in reality. Spend 3 hours with on line chat, sadly they would not accept and would not listen what as a customer you have to say. Even email is not acknowledged when I am told you will get reply shortly more than 5 days. I will not do any business with again.
N.B After this post I have been contacted by Googles4u and have offered me the best choice and I thankful to googles4u and will continue buy from them in future and I will give them 5*****.
