Great customer service and rapid response! They flag issues with my order and make suggestion to improve so that it met my need and kept me informed on delivery time!

I bought my tent in 2020 and it was a great investment in my camping happiness! Its still in mint condition years later and I love it just as much now as I did when I bought it. I recently decided to upgrade to a bigger RTT from Go Overland and I know I will love it just as much. The Go Overland team was friendly and helped my select the model that would best suit my needs. Their tents are innovative and I am proud to support such a nice Canadian company.

We looked into these years ago but they were so costly to get into Canada. I was pleased to find this Canadian company and their pricing is exceptional- plus the unit we decided on had all the add ons that other companies charge extra for! We are excited to spend the summer camping in our Expedition! We are in a pretty remote location so shipping especially with large and heavy freight is usually not sent here but this was not only shipped right to our door step it was also included in the cost of the tent! The ETA was also right on time. Very happy with our purchase and with this company in general! Happy overlanding!

Thank you Go Overland for creating such a high-quality tent. I recently put it to the test during pouring rain and a thunderstorm, and it performed incredibly well, everything stayed dry and secure. The quality and durability really stood out.

The tent is perfect! customer service is perfect. My only concernwas the courier here in my city Lethbridge Alberta which has some delay and issues but I got the tent eventually. packaging is perfect.

Nothing but good things to say about Go Overland Canada. While making my decision on which tent to purchase, all my questions were answered very quickly...even after hours and on the weekend! I purchased the Expedition Mini along with the Annex and Rainfly and couldn't be happier. Thanks again!

We have used this tent for almost every weekend since I got it and all 13 times has been a great camping trip. Blackout is great and so is the insulation. customer service has also been excellent

I tend to ask a LOT of questions before I buy an item and this can wear a person down. This did not happen, their patience was awesome in fielding my questions as I try to determine if the Go Overland Mini was a fit for us. In the end it was, but questions still continued after the purchase as I learned the RTT. Again super patient on their part - after a handful of trips under our belts I would not hesitate in coming back to buy another product. Hands down far better customer service than their competitors. I really like the quality of their product and the pricing is really fair.

Absolutely loving our new expedition mini tent! The quality and attention to detail are outstanding—it’s clear that a lot of thought went into the design. Install is quick and easy and it feels solid and built to last. It’s spacious, comfortable, and has made our camping adventures so much better. On top of that, the customer service has been nothing short of amazing—responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best experience. Highly recommend both the tent and the company behind it!

I was impressed with the ease of the website to order as well as informative you tube videos on their products. My husband and I are just back from a week exploring northern Ontario with our Expedition mini. Mostly great weather, but did have a few rainy nights and we stayed warm and dry.

They went above and beyond to get our tent fixed when we ended up with a tear in the rain fly. They responded quickly (on a Sunday!!). Sent us a replacement and found someone local to come and install it as it was a bit beyond our ability. All at their expense. We really couldn't expect any better support than that.
