Probably one of the best made and…
Probably one of the best made and comfortable boots I’ve ever worn, however I don’t like how long it took to get the boots. I ordered them for my birthday back in August and didn’t receive them till late January. I only received 3 emails updating me on the status of my boots. It was worth the wait but I honestly thought my order had forgotten about.

I am very happy with my shoes. The have quickly become my favorites as they are so comfortable. Thanks a lot for understanding about the local mail service that did not deliver at first try and sending them again. Your customer service is the best.

Very easy ordering with lots of help from Julia re-sizing. The boots themselves are stunning. A little tight to start with but that was expected due to the fantastic lining. Now softening up and getting better and better.

Since you reminded me twice already to review your shoes.. well, still didn’t get them, so if there was an option to leave you with no stars at all, that’s what I’d do. Just to be clear - I placed my order on 17th of September 2024.

Unfortunately, due to the busy holiday period, delivery times have been longer than usual. Best shoes ever!
I've bought a few pairs of shoes and I have to say they are amazing shoes. The quality is great. I get looks from the shoes where ever I go. I don't think about buying any other shoes. I would like to thank Rose Anvil for the YouTube videos and bring the information about shoes up front.

Just received my forest green sharmen…
Just received my forest green sharmen boots and I'm giving them a 5 star review because of the quality and the way they have been made very nice colour but my only issues are they are very chunky and clumsy i find them very hard to drive my car when wairing i think maybe I should of got my original size of 11uk and not 12uk as advised if I could of seen them and tried them on before I bought i may of reconsiderd but still other than that a very nice boot

As the SHARMAN have a chunkier sole, they can feel a bit different, especially if you're not used to shoes with a similar sole depth, which may make them harder to drive in.
If you felt the fit wasn’t quite right, we do offer a 14-day return policy, and we'd be happy to help with an exchange. In the future, we'll make sure to assist you in finding the perfect size!

I’m really sorry to see the 1-star review. I’ve looked into the situation, and I can see that you’ve been in touch with my colleague, Dominik, who refunded the cost of the rebuild service and arranged a UPS label so we could receive the shoes without any issues.
Recently, we’ve encountered some delays with Royal Mail, with parcels sometimes being delivered as late as 8pm. Unfortunately, our workshop closes at 4.30pm, which has caused some challenges in receiving items in time. If we had known about the delay earlier, we would have done everything we could to ensure we received the shoes.
As a small, family-run business, we genuinely value your feedback and would be grateful if you could reconsider your 1-star review. Looking forward to sorting this for you and getting your GORAL shoes back to you as soon as we can.

Great shoes!
I've ordered from them multiple times by now. A pair of MUGGS, two mystery boxes and a pair of Stanley sneakers. The MUGGS and the pair of Websters from the first box are great, love them. High quality materials and construction and very comfy. The second mystery box sadly was not so great. I know, that I am taking a gamble with those, but the pair I got was very prototype like with a different construction and I did not like the design as well. The Stanleys I got are with the wild elk polo brown leather and those are stunning really. Goral shoes fit me really well and they are not only comfy but also built very durable!

Worst customer experience with a so-called shoes company
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a so-called premium shoe company. Goral took five months to get my shoes to me, and only after sending the wrong size the first time inaccurate CM sizes. Their lack of professionalism is staggering. You cannot reach management at all—no phone number, no accountability, nothing. It’s like they don’t care about their customers at all.
To add insult to injury, they completely forgot to include the two cream bottles I ordered. Instead of owning up to their mistake and fixing it, they just canceled the items without even asking me! No apology, no effort to make things right, and no offer to send them separately.
This company is a joke. Their customer service is nonexistent, their processes are a mess, and their complete disregard for customers is infuriating. I’ll never buy from Goral again, and I would strongly advise anyone else to stay far away from this disaster of a company.

Many thanks for your feedback, for purchasing from us and your patience.
We are sorry that you found that the sizing was inaccurate to our size guide, but hope that the exchanged pair fits perfectly? As a made-to-order business we have a 20-25 crafting lead time for all orders, this is unfortunately the same with exchanges. We do not have instock inventory to be able to process exchanges quickly. Every pair of shoes goes through the exact same handmade process.
We hold our hands up on the mistake of not shipping your Saphir creams, these had been missed due to human error. Hopefully you agree that these were refunded quickly when we realised and you were notified with an apology by Julia in our customer service team.
I am hoping that if you love your shoes, you will review your 1 star review. These online reviews do mean a great deal to us small independent businesses, so it would be nice to get this particular review resolved. Please do let us know if there is anything we can do to rectify the situation and restore your confidence with GORAL.

Squeeky shoe unfixed
Squeeky shoe unfixed - Shoes arrived March 2024 and liked them BUT the left shoe squeeked as I walked. I emailed them then forgot all about it as warm weather came and I didn't wear them. I received no reply.
I wore them in September and remebered they squeek and had no response so chased this up. Was told they had emailed me (copy from their CRM) but I had not received it or I would have responded. Had my IT team investigate and no email had been received.
Goral told me due to the delay they couldn't offer a repair despite the shoes clearyly have had almost zero wear. Told to put vaseline in the insole!!
Nice shoes apart from the squeek and unnaceptabley poor customer service.
Will revert to Magnani etc as their shoes (to date) have no quality issues and customer service is great.
