Needed to return an item for an exchange but nobody replied to emails. No number on the website. No reply on Instagram. No Facebook account to contact them through. Just tumbleweed. I'm not sure how to contact the company to arrange the exchange. Totally unacceptable.

I ordered 4 gazebos and they arrived within a couple of days. One of them had a minor issue but upon contacting GoriIla Gazebos I had a replacement part sent the next day free of charge. Excellent service. The quality looks very good and sturdy. I will be using them at festivals this summer and have every confidence they will stand the test of time.

Can’t give this enough stars. Customer services were so helpful when I called and instantly rectified a problem no questions asked. The gazebo is amazing. I get seriously high winds where I live and this gazebo must be so so well made it’s been up all winter and has never ripped or even come loose or moved. Amazing product and worth every penny

As a kitchen fitter I was looking for a gazebo for those rainy days when working or cutting outside was necessary. After some research & recommendations from other tradesmen online, the Gorilla Gazebo seemed to be the obvious choice. I was not disappointed! Very easy to put up & take down by myself (another important factor), very solid frame, great quality canapé and the build in velcro attachments to the frame is genius! Excellent customer service too, I had an issue collapsing it first time (user error) emailed them & they called me straight back within 5 minutes explaining how to do! Fantastic service! All I need now is to get my business logo on the canapé for extra advertisement too! All round great addition to my tools! Highly recommend!

I’ve had my Gorilla Gazebo since April 2023 and it’s been rock solid. I leave it up all year round. Storms, heavy rain, frost, snow, blazing sun. It just gets on with it. Nothing flimsy about it and no signs of giving up.

I recently managed to damage the canopy myself. Entirely my fault. I contacted customer services not expecting much and was pleasantly surprised. Clear replies, quick turnaround, no nonsense. They actually listened and sorted the problem without making it painful.

That is the bit that really matters. Plenty of companies are happy to take your money. Far fewer are interested once the sale is done. Gorilla clearly are.

The gazebo itself is excellent quality, but knowing the backup is there makes it a much better buy. I would happily recommend it to anyone who wants a gazebo that lasts and a company that does not disappear when something goes wrong.

I bought a gazebo but unfortunately it was just too big for us.
The gazebo itself was incredible quality. Really sturdy, good quality material for the sides and roof.
Jon, the owner, helped me organise a return of the gazebo and kept me up to date the whole time. The refund was also really easy. I would highly recommend this company for their gazebos and their customer service.

Excellent product,strong & sturdy,velcro excellent, easy to put up and to lower in strong winds.unfortunately put it up today and found a small slit in door,having trouble contacting amazon were we purchased it but hopefully a new side will be replaced

Oh my what a. Absolutely brilliant Gazebo!

I read up and check out who was the best and this has not disappointed , it was easy to assemble with two of us, around 12-15 minutes. My only struggle was pushing the corners up to click to raise the poles, but together we did it, perhaps in time is will become easier.

Definitely would recommend as the quality of the frame and fabric is top notch!

I had researched gazebo's on line including Which? which said it was the best so I took the plunge and I was not at all disappointed this is a great very well constructed gazebo, easy to erect and set up with spares readily available
Which? has made an error in their Cons summary notes in their report, it states "it only has one height setting", I can confirm it has 3 sensible settings

The gazebos are great value for money and good quality. We did have a problem where we needed a replacement part and the team were excellent. I really like that you can buy spare parts and so you can easily replace worn or broken parts and this is great for the planet. Communication was quick and comprehensive and they sorted out our issue within a couple of days. Definitely recommend this company

We have had Gorilla Gazebos for a few years now and they are amazing quality. We had to get a new cover as a tree branch went through in a storm the other year, but it's still going strong. Yes they do fade but keep the rain out and I think, they are the best you can get and great value for money.

When I take it down for the winter, I oil the buttons to keep them free and it works a treat.

The only thing I that would imprtove them, is a vent at the top to help the wind flow through. Hopefully, by the time I need a new one it will be re-designed this way.

We bought our gazebo from Gorilla Gazebos in 2021 after a bad experience with a previous brand. Until last year it had survived pretty much everything thrown at it. A bad wind day however damaged one of the struts. This year we went online and found that we could basically order any part as a replacement. We did that and this week finally got round to swapping out the damaged part. It was super easy and the gazebo is happily back in service.

Having this option is fantastic and £25 for the part instead of a whole new gazebo is ideal. Great idea, fast delivery and a very happy customer!

We bought a gazebo for £140 and it was so thin and flimsy it collapsed immediately. I managed to fix it and we got a few years light use out of it till last Sunday when it properly died.
I had been researching in anticipation of this event and immediately ordered a Gorilla wbich arrived 2 spdays later.
Chalk and cheese or what! I am delighted with my purchase which lets face it was not that much more than the rubbish we had previously.
It is thick and strong and looks tough, plus it was easy to put up on my own even with first time assembly
I am sure we will get a lot of use from it..

Excellent gazebo, you really can tell the difference in the build quality to a previous gazebo we had. The frame is very strong and stable, canvas doesn't flap around in the wind and is fully waterproof. Everything from pegs to the bag has been thought about.

Outstanding customer service, I ordered the clear sides in error. I was advised to return them and they sent the coloured material sides. The delivery times are super fast, I ordered the gazebo on Saturday and it came Tuesday and the same with the replacement sides.

It's also really good to see that you can buy replacement parts for every section of the gazebo.

Top quality product and service would highly recommend

A quality well made Gazebo that will last well. It's a great size will give good shade and weather protection. The storage bag is a perfect fit and the wheels make it easy to move around. It was fairly easy to put up for 2 people and the instructions help yhe process.

I needed to contact customer services with an issue and I got very quick replies that solved my query very quickly. Great kudos to Jon for his above and beyond service at the weekend.

Took a chance from what I had seen online and couldn’t recommend the product enough. My only regret is I did not buy the four sides on the original purchase as you can save £50 buying it altogether. Over the three months of various weathers and it has been flawless to set up. I hope nothing breaks but it’s nice to have the opportunity to buy a spare part if required.

We bought a 3 x 3 Gorilla gazebo because it scored so well in the Which reviews. It's heavier than most but is an excellent gazebo, easy to put up and take down and really robust. Unfortunately on its first outing it suffered minor damage to one leg from a reversing car. We enquired about replacement parts and the company replied within minutes. We ordered a replacement leg section which was very reasonably priced and arrived within 48 hours, and it took only 10 minutes to fit after watching their video instructions.

We will be telling everyone how brilliant Gorilla Gazebos are - both the company and the product.
