I purchased a gazebo from All Seasons Gazebos based on the positive reviews, expecting durability and reliability. Unfortunately, within just a couple of months, the product developed a tear — which is completely unacceptable for something marketed as “all seasons.”

When I contacted customer service, they asked whether the gazebo had ever been left unattended. I was honest and explained that after a late-night gathering (in mild weather, mid-20s, and calm conditions), I left it up overnight and planned to take it down the next morning.

To my surprise, they used this single instance to void the warranty, stating that the gazebo must not be left unattended at any time.

This raises a very practical question — is it realistically possible to monitor a gazebo 24/7? The condition feels unreasonable and more like an excuse to avoid honouring the warranty rather than genuine customer support.

It’s extremely disappointing, especially from a brand that calls itself “All Seasons.” A product like this should withstand normal, real-life usage — not fail within weeks and then be dismissed on technicalities.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

UPDATE after feedback from the seller.

It was left unattended from Midnight to next Morning which is practically not that bad and shouldn't just void the warranty.

I bought the superior version of the Gazebo hoping it would withstand the weather better. We installed as instructed! Iv never been so disappointed with a product within a week we had leaks from the roof but too late we had a an event to host, then window panels ripped as fabric flimsier than the gazebo material. Finally woke up today to find the entire thing has been ripped from the ground where it was secured and the frame is actually snapped and broken! All my money down the drain!

Excellent product. Had a small problem with a clip that failed after a few months of use, was resolved by Laura quickly and efficiently with a replacement part dispatched without quibble. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others.

I put up my gazebo up on 5th August to cover my belongings, while my new garden shed was being erected.
It was left up overnight and the next day, despite it being tied and weighted down,.... a gust of wind blew it over a six foot fence into my neighbours garden and wrecked the frame.
All Seasons Gazebos were not interested. Even though, this happened mid summer, they said the warranty was VOID because it was left overnight.
I feel people should be made aware leaving a gazebo up overnight in mid summer VOIDS any warranty.

Purchased an electric clip on gazebo heater in June. After 4 uses totalling 4hrs one of the heater elements failed after 3 months from purchase. All Seasons said not their problem and that the heating element is not included in the warranty and that a replacement will be £20! Despite me pointing out that a heater ceases to be a heater if the heating element breaks so quickly they would not budge. Extremely poor customer service when clearly the heater is not fit for purpose. Beware if you are considering buying one of these and don’t expect a helpful company if it goes wrong.

The first gazebo I received was damaged. Apparently not in transit, as there was no damage to the packaging. This was promptly exchanged; alas, the replacement had the same problem. Sheila arranged collection, again promptly, as we decided to end the whole sorry saga by way of a refund. Now there is a problem with the courier, who left no receipt, so we are unsure if we will obtain our refund.
Dealing with this company has wasted a considerable amount of my time, and possibly money, and I would advise any prospective purchaser to look elsewhere.
There seems to be a lack of quality control within the company, as a glance inside the second box would surely have helped avoid the second faulty item being sent out to us.
EDIT : since writing this review I have received a refund.

Excellent product - we now have 3 gazebos. Ordered gutter to go between 2 gazebos, but did not arrive with order for gazebo. Customer service helpfully and immediately offered to resend. Thank you. I have a small hole in an older beige gazebo, but unfortunately All Seasons do not hold a stock of material to use as patches. Great shame and is an area the company could go the extra mile and make available at relatively little cost but makes a huge difference to customers. Pricing a little on the high side even with end of season discount. Nice company to deal with.

Excellent customer care as unfortunately we had such strong winds recently our brand new Gas Patio Heater was damaged.
They were quick in responding, empathy throughout and resolved very quickly.

The customer service from this company is second to none! I ordered a 3x3M gazebo in the morning and it was on my doorstep the following day at lunchtime! The quality of the product was great with easy to follow instructions. However there was one small flaw with a missing eyelet on one of the side walls which was clearly a one off production fault. I was prepared to live with this as the quality of the overall product was very high, but I thought I'd mention it to one of the online customer service agents (Lea). He was amazing. He asked me to upload a photo and within a couple of minutes he had arranged for a whole new side wall to be sent complete with Fed Ex tracking No. If only all online companies could achieve this.

I had this for my 60th birthday we have looked after it well ! Not left out in any bad weather. It's now 4 years old and splitting especially at the corners . Thought it would last us a bit longer very disappointed

Our gazebo was delivered on time and arrived in good condition. As soon as we got it out of the box, we could see and feel the quality of the product.
It was so easy to put up, it took just seconds. Shortly after we put it up, it started raining, and as it says on the tin, it's 100% waterproof.
