From start to finish, the personal touch and guidance for all elements was fantastic. From initial survey of our home, to best solar fit for our home and down to installation and after care. They also handled the grant submission and BER certification for us, which made the whole experience easy to understand and hassle free.

After looking at a few providers I decided to go with GoSolar. I had 2 strong recommendations and, from dealing with them, they were easy to deal with and very professional. The quote was good, there was no sales push and they answered all my silly questions in plain English. The lads on the day were brilliant, arrived on time, didn’t get in the way, were very professional and fully cleaned up after themselves. Everything has worked well since so highly recommend them. I just recently have an install of solar panels from the team at go-solar. From the initial phone call to the office with Laura who's knowledge & professionalism put me at ease straight away. There was no question she couldn't answer & she took her time & explained all my options.
On the day of the install the team of Colm, Tommy & Caolan did a fantastic job , so quick & so tidy unless you physically saw them you wouldn't know they were there.

GoSolar have been excellent in all my dealings with them. From my first call with Laura, who explained every element of the process, I knew I was in good hands.

My install was modest, but I received first class treatment along the way. From Mark's technical inspection, to the BER assessment, to the install crew turning up on time, I couldn't have asked for more. The install was so efficiently managed, I could not believe that, within four hours of arriving, my system was already generating electricity. Caolan and his team explained how everything worked, showed me how to use the EDDI and the apps, and could not have been better. The roofers measured my roof to ensure that extra panels would fit at a future date. The team left everything spotless, and it was hard to tell that they had even been on site.
I wholeheartedly recommend GoSolar to anyone tempted to install a solar solution. I'm only giving them five stars because I cannot give them eleven

Quality of system spec was excellent - panels, battery, inverter, diverted. Price was as good as anywhere else. All the staff I interacted with (sales, tech, installers) were helpful & informative and helpful at all times. Response times were prompt. Installation date was prompt and didn't change. I was particularly happy that these guys have been doing PV for many years.

We were keen to improve the green credentials of the business and reduce our CO2 emissions, but the driving force for the solar installation was the rising costs of electricity prices. By completing this solar project our business is progressing our goals in creating a more energy saving and economical business for us for the long term. The team at GoSolar did a professional, tidy job on time and they were always on hand to answer any queries we had after the installation was completed. We have already begun to see the real monetary savings to be had from the installation which is fantastic. It was an absolute pleasure to have GoSolar install our solar panels at our home recently. From the moment was got in contact with the ladies at GoSolar, to the day of the installation, everything went smoothly. Very flexible too, as I had to change the installation date. The lads arrived at the house at 08.15 and were on the roof at 08.20. Worked very efficiently and you wouldn't know they were in the house. When the installation was complete, they went through how things works locally at the panels, to how the app on my phone works. The only way you would know they were even there is when you look up at the roof. Highly recommended.

I had 14 Solar panels installed in 2023 and would highly recommend Go Solar if you are considering installing Solar panels. From start to finish the process was managed very professionally. The office staff were very patient as I made a few changes to my original request. The team that arrived on site were very professional, skilled and polite and left the house spotless. Unlike other installations carried out by different contractors on my estate they concealed all of the new wiring internally. Thank you Go Solar, I have been meaning to write this review for some time.

So Gosolar are prepared to put lies on the internet for all to see.

We understand that is was a great inconvenience to you and because of this we immediately dispatched a roofing team to your home. You cancelled this as you already had got your problem resolved.

You did not immediately dispatch a team of roofers. You told myself and partner all roofing teams were booked and working in Dublin and Wicklow. You also had the audacity to say it hadn't been booked because a price hadn't been agreed! After expressing our outrage you eventually called back 2 hours later and said one guy would be back in about an hours time and if our roofers could help him he could offer assistance.

As I had you on speaker phone at the time the above can be verified.

Why lie to save face. An apology would have been the thing to do.

Paul and his team are very very eager to talk when buying the system. Installed quickly. No forethought when installing panels for if roof vents are needed for insulation. System installed in the easiest place for themselves, resulting in overheating and loss of efficiency. Booked in for roofers to come out and move panels, confirmed booking by gosolar, paid other tradesmen to be there on the day and Gosolar did not turn up. Only excuse was they forgot to book it in on schedule and then had audacity to say we hadn't confirmed what it would cost! Didn't do the paperwork for the grant until 3 months afterwards, resulting in late payments for us. Would not return calls. Do not recommend.

Dependability, and follow-up service.

All positive, from start to finish. Good communication with everyone in the office. Lads installed full system in under one day, without any issues. Can't recommend it enough. Thanks Go Solar Team.

I had GoSolar install 18 panels in my house in February of this year. The installation went very smooth and the guys were in and out in one day. They did a very tidy job and cleaned up after themselves and I was very happy with the installation.
The girls in the office were fantastic to deal with. They were always available to help and answer questions and helped with the Solar grant application which I reviewed in full about six weeks after the installation. All in all I was very happy with GoSolar and would recommend them for anyone considering an install.
