Absolutely fabulous service. I made a video appointment on Friday night for 8pm. The doctor was so nice and listened to my issue , and advised the best way to deal with it. He sent on a prescription to my local chemist and they had it ready for me at 8:30am Saturday morning. Brilliant service thank you guys.

Quick call back, recommended A&E, my son had emergency bowel surgery 5 hours later, thank you, a great service.

Got a home visit doctor for my 18 month old as my own GP had no appointments available. Everything was simple to arrange & the communication was great.
The Doctor herself was lovely & super helpful & very kind. I would highly recommend the service.

Comprehensive medical examination and prescription issued. The only problem was we had to wait from Saturday to Sunday. The doctor callwas very kind and very thorough. I would highly recommend this service.

Submitted the form and paid for a phone appointment. Received confirmation instantly and a phone call from the centre to confirm what time the doctor would call. My phone rang and this appointment lasted only 44 seconds. The doctor was extremely rushed and only asked me if I had a temperature. When I replied that I was unsure he simply said “okay prescription sent to the office” and hung up our call. For €45 this felt like an absolute joke and left me with zero confidence in this doctors opinion as I didn’t get to explain my symptoms whatsoever. Safe to say I needed another opinion.

Disgusting service. Doctor showed up. Couldn’t offer meds, couldn’t give a referral letter. The next day my father was rushed to hospital and now has been diagnosed with bone cancer. Doctor and service should be ashamed.

First time to use this service for a Doctor.
I got a call back within 10 mins of applying online and a doctor called Dr Elvira Alvarez phoned. She was so kind, didn’t rush me went through my health issues with care & great attention to detail. My prescription were emailed to my pharmacy and a week later I am starting to feel so much better. In a world of rush and afraid to talk to a dr online This Dr obviously loved her job. Thank you

I found the whole experience excellent from the receptionist answering the call to book me in, to the Doctor who phoned back, totally professional. The lady who took the booking was very pleasant on the phone and explained the process very clearly. The Doctor who call back, in a very good time frame, very polite, listened to what I had to say and his questions where clear and exact. Then when prescribing the medication, explained what it was and the amount to take, very clearly too. The prescription was in my chemist within 20 minutes. Would highly recommend this service and will definitely use it again if I need to.
