Disgraceful Scammers ,incompetent, unprofessional

I have had a disgrace of a Patient Services Deputy Manager Danielle Reid email me that I have to pay AGAIN for an appointment I already have paid for. Why? Because I had a past appointment almost 2 months ago that I purposely cancelled by not prepaying as if you don't prepay 48 hours before your appointment gets cancelled automatically.This Danielle Reid uses that as the excuse that my upcoming appointment that I have already prepaid for is actually not paid for and Im paying for this cancelled appointment that was 2 months ago because she is lying insisting that I didn't attend this imaginary appointment when in reality there is no appointment because its cancelled I didn't prepay.Whats incredible is she in this email has the audacity I quote 'Please note that payment must be received at least 48 hours in advance to confirm this booking.If payment is not received within this timeframe, the appointment will be cancelled.She has the audacity to accuse me of cancelling 'minutes before the scheduled time' as it seems to me another excuse to force me to pay double when I was the one that got cancelled on very short notice by my clinician.

Another issue was the incompetent, unprofessional agents through the Spectrum Health phone number.I had to waist 3 and a half hours of my time because the names of Adayama ,Ada ,Isha don't work.They had me on the line for 40 minutes twice and 20 minutes 3 times then I would eventually hear an Ai saying goodbye and get hung up on when other agents pick up 1-3 mins.When they finally picked up they would then hang up on me I ring another 10 times they pick and I ask 'why are you taking forever to pick up' they simply lie 'we are busy' because I used 3 different phones and they would pick up in a few mins until they recognise me voice and hang up

I was very pleased with my recent visit…

I was very pleased with my recent visit to Spectrum Health, as I have been on many occasions over the years.
David, like Aline previously, was very reassuring as he completed a comprehensive check of my general wellbeing and followed this by an equally careful and detailed check of my physical mobility and area(s) of pain or discomfort.
His hands-on treatment relieved my discomfort, and the set of exercises he provided are wonderful in their clarity and positive effect.

Very helpful and responsive and accommodating for appointments but most of all it’s Shyne - he just makes it a very good experience and I consider myself lucky to have him.

Disgraceful company - Avoid

Went for pre op assessment and then 2 post op follow ups which is when things went downhill. I had significant complications with my spinal surgery leading to 2 month ICU stay and 2nd surgery to repair a CSF leak/pseudomeningocele. The physios were lovely but had no idea on how to advise me. One advised squats (I could barely stand due to being bedridden for so long) and the other massaged the area for a while (after I told her the repair area was extremely delicate and wasn't meant to have any pressure put on it). When I went back to neurosurgery after the 2nd visit I had deteriorated so much and was in so much pain my surgeons couldn't believe the advice I had been given. When I contacted Spectrum Health they sent a snotty email and refused to refund. I also sent a video showing how my 'exercise plan' uploaded to the app consisted of a series of dog training exercises- to which they never responded. I have since received prompt physio on the public system completely free with completely different advice. Disgraceful company.

Practioner not registered with CORU Irish regulator

I have been a long term client of Spectrum Health and was generally satisfied. I recently was treated by a podiatrist in Rathmines whom I found to be very efficient and helpful. However my insurance company rejected a claim for her service as she is nor registered with CORU the Irish regulatory body. I find this unacceptable and undermines the service guarantee expected from Spectrum

I have had two sessions in Raheny with…

I have had two sessions in Raheny with Varsha and have found her brilliant! She is a gentle, lovely young lady and her expertise is second to none. She gave me reassurance regarding my diagnosis, and gave me great tips, which have greatly helped me! I can’t thank her enough.

Hi Spectrum.
Roisin in the Grand Hotel Malahide was very helpful. I think she set me up for a recovery of Sciatica with a assessment, treatment and exercises. Roisin was very positive and explained the treatment and there benefits. I'd recommend this service to anyone struggling with joint pain or restrictions in movement. I enjoyed the experience. Thank you Roisin.

I attend Temple Bar office in Dublin for maintenance visits following an intensive course of physio with Mohammad whom I highly recommend. He is excellent at his job and listens to target the areas in pain. He gives excellent advice and is always very courteous. I would give a 5 star review only the rooms need updating with better privacy film on windows which are on ground level and heating should be on especially in this very cold weather.

Very disappointed

I'm sorry to say , I brought my son to spectrum health for orthotics. At his last appointment we paid for his initial screening at the time it was 55 /60 euro. Then 400 for orthotics. We were told he would get second pair free as long as his feet grew 2 sizes or more. ( which they have )No time limit was given. Granted it was October of 2023. Paid another 75 euro for consultation ( in December of 2025) and was told they no longer do this deal.

Online video physio No-Show

I booked an online video physio with Spectrum for 16h15 with a Radhika Sobti. An hour before, i got a confirmation email that the appointment was still going ahead. At around 3h55pm, i got a call from a private number from someone who sounded rushed and suggested to have the appointment now on the call as the systems were down, otherwise we would have to cancel. When i asked when the systems went down (as i'd gotten a confirmation email only a few minutes ago), she dropped the phone in my ear and cancelled my appointment.
If the physio can't be bothered to attend an appointment because they want to leave work early, please respect us and don't lie to us.

Great Physio

Recently had a physio appointment in Rathmines with Anna and it was fantastic. She's an amazing physio, great demeanor and very easy to talk to about the issues I had. Had great treatment from her and she sent on the exercises discussed instantly to me.
