Bought a firearm online about a week and a half ago the order did ship fast but the ffl dealer was refusing to sign off for the package so i started a cancellation process and it’s been hell. Grabagun customer service and return process is terrible
My package is lost
My package is lost, according to email I received in response to the inquiry. Grabagun keep changing the story about my situation. The final straw was, they told the package was on its way back to them and I would have to wait to get a refund. FedEx says it’s still missing.
No help with FedEx shipment of firearm
Ordered a very expensive handgun from them. They shipped it 2-Day FedEx and I bought the optional insurance. The gun sat in the FedEx Shipping Depot for 6 days. When I called Grab-A-Gun for assistance on the matter, they basically told me I needed to contact FedEx. I told them "No", and that they needed to contact FedEx because they are the seller/shipper. Customer Rep. said he will e-mail his manager and someone will get back to me. Several days later, no response. Luckily, the package finally arrived without issue. Their customer service is worthless and I will not buy from them again.
Take your money elsewhere unless you have time to burn
I placed an order for a magazine. Website said it was in stock. Wasn't anything special order or oddball, wasn't a firearm, wasn't anything custom. A magazine. Order confirmation stated "Orders typically ship in 3 business days. ** Due to high order volume, shipments can take 3 to 7 business days to ship." On business day number 8, I was told that the order was is processing... and could take another 5-9 business days after processing before it shipped. 18 business days to ship a single magazine? No thank you. An operation like that has zero business operating as an online retail merchant. I will never order from them again and do not recommend you do either.
Will not take responsibility
I ordered sig sauer 300 ammo black color, I recieved a brass color instead and paid $30 for them plus $15.99 shipping all for them not to take responsibility of their mistake on their own website. I will delete my account and never order from them again after thousands spent from 2022-present.
Easy as shooting ducks in a barrel
Grab-a-Gun is a great company to buy from. The website is easy to navigate and the prices are clearly visible. Shipping options and coupons are simple too. Delivery to an approved third party dealer was equally simple. You tell them where you live and they tell you the dealers in your area. The gun arrived in a fairly short time and the dealer called me as soon as it arrived. The whole process was trouble free. I will do it again the next time I’m looking for a gun/rifle.

This is the best place to buy any firearm or accessory. Lees expensive than anyone else. I was going to say cheap, but they treat you as if you’re paying over full price for everything. This company and their commitment to the customer is exceptional. From purchase to ownership, it’s 5 stars all the way. Their motto should be,
“don’t buy a gun, Grabagun !”
Terrible Customer Service
I ordered a pistol paid for it, then was informed that it had a high capacity hold, I contacted them that same day and thought it was taken care of, the solution was to remove the magazine, (no credit or replacement for the removed Magazine. OK send the pistol, now over 4 days still shows a hold and no response from a person. Only the same useless response from the chatbot.
"Rapid Fire" 24 hour ship out time means nothing to these people.
Products listed as "Rapid Fire" state they will be shipped out in 24 hours. Ordered $250.00 worth of magazines listed as Rapid Fire and 2 weeks later still shows processing. Talked to customer service to cancel order and was told their fulfillment team is great. Apparently not. Plus he was a smartass. He said he would put an order in to cancel to the warehouse and they would send me an email stating it was cancelled or it's been processed within 2 hours, It's been 2 days and nothing, still showing in process. Prior I ordered an optics mounting plate that showed in stock, it took them 3 weeks before it ever left their building. After shipping cost they are not the cheapest by far but the false processing time and bad customer service is it for me. Will never buy anything again from them.

I've purchased more than 10 units from GAG over the last three years. Always a great price and fast shipping, no complaints. This is an excellent vendor.
My go to gun store
I’ve purchased several items, and had several transfers at Grabagun. Their prices on guns and ammo are very good and competitive most of the time,,,I try to catch items on sale whenever possible. They are always kind and thoughtful. I will continue purchasing from Grabagun.
Researched & found Grabagun had best…
Researched & found Grabagun had best price & reasonable shipping.......... UNTIL I saw my credit card statement. Charged me twice for same order. Immediately contacted them, was promised the mistake would be fixed in one to two days. An entire week later, after ignoring my emails & messages, I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Why would a company admit to their mistake yet still make the customer fight for their return ? Maybe because the company is shady. That will be the last time I deal with Grabagun. This is a warning to possible future customers........... BEWARE! You have been warned. Not worth the small savings in price when they charge you double.

initially ordered 2 glock mags. never received shipping info so I called. guy said were issues with warehouse and resubmitted order. finally got new shipping notice but for only 1 mag. called again, new order etc. in addition to adding an A to my last name, which I mentioned, guy got defensive and did not correct. so after several weeks of incompetence I have both mags in hand. ordered from them before with no issues.
My FFL received the gun in 3 days
My FFL received the gun in 3 days, way faster than I'm used to! It arrived in fine shape and was what I expected. I do wish it was sold by Baretta with an extra magazine however. I have not gotten to shoot it yet but it seems to function fine in testing. I would recommend GAG and Baretta.

The Buying experience with GrabAGun is great. They have an excellent selection and reasonable pricing… their order processing time can be a bit lengthy for whatever reason, but they have customer service communication options that allow you to ask questions regarding your order and their response times are adequate given the load and influx of orders I’m sure they deal with. I would however like to see in the future, maybe a live count of their available inventory on the website and a day or hour counter of time until the item is available for pick up in store at their N. Texas location. Example: Order placed 9/1/25 @14:00… warehouse item verified and picked 9/3/25 10:30… transferring to pick up location 9/3/25 15:00, ready to pick up at Coppell location 9/4/25 9:45…??? Pretty simple???…Not “FFL Received” for 7 days in a row.

This was my second purchase from GrabAGun and, like the first time, it was an easy transaction. The staff is friendly and willing to work with you on your purchase. We went through a full mechanical review of the weapon to ensure it was fully functional before I left the building. (dry firing) If there is one draw back is their location at the very back of an industrial complex with no signs leading to their front door. If you don't know where you are going it can be hard to find. GPS will only take you to the street entrance so from there you are on your own. ;-) Maybe a sign large enough and visible enough from the street would be helpful.
Down the worthless tubes......
The new AI they use for cancellations or refunds basically just ignores what you're asking. Its insulting and its a terrible business decision. I waited 9 days for something to ship, asked to cancel it and "Edward" the AI moron told me no problem. I got a shipping notification the next day (the ole lets ship it so he cannot or will not return it). The earmark of a crappy mom and pop operation. I was told by "Edward" that shipping notification was in error. The part arrived today and now "Edward" is telling me I have to pay a 15% re-stocking fee. The hours on their website are a lie. There are not open on the weekends. Ive spent at least $4k total from this place and they have lost my business forever and they should lose yours as well. This is retail 101 stuff. Edward is probably the only person at this place who knows what he's doing.......they cannot even ignore their customers without delegating it to the AI slop.
