I would also like to thank all at GRACE, for what would normally have been an extremely stressfull proposition into a smooth and painless process to date. I would highly recommend using GRACE and specifically the Canberra team.

Firstly the initial visit with the salesman was superb and instilled confidence from the first contact which led to the dealing with the office. The work that was done to calculate the best options possible appeared to be over and above what I would have expected and it was certainly appreciated. The patience and understanding as we worked through the nuances of moving to a country that was not a common destination and the advice was greatly appreciated. I cannot thank the team enough. Then the booking of the uplift was seamless and accommodated my needs despite the dates coinciding around Easter.

On the day of the uplift, the two lads that did the actual uplift were great. Again the professionalism and friendly rapport that was shown reinforced that confidence in choosing GRACE. They assisted me in advice as to how things worked in the actual containers and packing that just demonstrated the attention to detail and professional nature of the whole company. Everything was explained so clearly. It was an easy and again a very smooth move, that could be a stressful process if it wasn't for the two great GRACE people.

I know that the move is not been completed yet and the Malawi side of the operation will now be involved, but I just wanted to commend all the special GRACE Australia people that have been involved as the experience has been nothing short of brilliant.

Very disappointed - one leg snapped off an expensive wing chair and then they tried to fix it by putting packing tape around it, a broken piece off an antique dresser top and they don’t have the piece that broke off so I can’t have it repaired. Two white lounges were wrapped in plastic but both have black stains on them with one stain about 20 cms in diameter

A few little hiccups on Grace's part. Lot's of great accommodation of our multiple needs and requests on Grace's part. Overall, very, very happy with Grace's moving of our apartment contents interstate. Nothing broken as far as we know. On time. Professional. Courteous. Were rather quick and very efficient and professional with providing the quote too.

2nd move using Grace and this time better than the first which I didnt 'think was possible
The Movers at Grace Canberra couldn't have been any more helpful, and packed and loaded everything as though it belonged to their Mum
