I hired Grace Removals this time as I had previously used Grace when I moved seven years ago and was extremely pleased with the service. They are very professional, and helpful with any requirements I had.

An absolutely first class job in every respect from Daniel's inspection and quote, through the impressive efficiency of the packing team and the next day the precision and exemplary care of the loading team under Reuben. They could not have done a better job. They are a credit to the Grace Removals company and I am making my recommendations known to other owners at our new Apartment Block in Subiaco, Perth.
The unloading team had a difficult day as they were impeded by the careless management of the apartment block. We had arranged dedication of a lift for their exclusive use with a 3 hour window for ingress. The block management failed to arrange this and also accepted competing installation teams so that Grace's crew were hampered all day. Not only did they have to contend with other groups blocking them they also faced a situation with access only available at basement level. All goods had to be manhandled down three storeys to B2 before they could be uplifted to Level 4. Exceptionally frustrating for them, and an excellent job in the circumstances. It took twice their expected time.

Many of us have been 'burned' in the process of moving and tend to lump ALL Removal companies together. Good research does little to help. I hope that people like me see this review and know that one among them all, Grace Removals are a haven away from the things we fear most in moving. It begins with Grace people: Without exception the people I met
are among the very best I have known in business. This
was not what I had expected, Beginning with a
remarkable Team point-man Daniel Venables. I'll admit that at first I doubted anyone could be as genuine as he proved to be. Not to take a single thing away from the men that carried out the packing and moving, were every bit as outstanding, I do judge that Dan Venables standard was reflected in them: I liked every one of them, (four in all) + Dan.
Readers of this review can lose the knot in their gut and fear of the ungodly ... Just think of the song !

The guys are all respectful, efficient and keep you informed at all times. They definitely work hard , and all my items arrived in good condition. I’m happy to recommend Grace.

Three moves. First, they lost the bases to my coffee table shipped from overseas. I reported it the day of the move. No one got in touch for weeks. Once my insurer suggested that Grace was responsible for the loss, instead of looking for the bases they demanded bills of lading, etc. from the Canadian mover (even though the Grace movers, upon arrival, had a new, typed, list of everything they had off-boarded in Sydney before sending it by train to the Gold Coast and the bases were marked as "missing"). After weeks of no info they asked for access to my "storage locker" (I had/have no locker). When my insurer suggested that Grace should pay for the new bases I had made (at a cost of $110) the Grace rep never even responded. The third move was an "out and in" move (to my garage and back) so my floors could be replaced. The day before the scheduled move back in, I was asked to delay it for a DAY (I had scheduled my return from SYD on the agreed upon day - of course I said no - why would they even ask?). I had booked MONTHS before. I had already paid in full for that move (although an employee of Grace messged me that my payment wasn't made when it was and, when I proved it, instead of an apology I was told "the funds have now arrived" - yes, a week before). I gave this company three different chances to be responsible. Their actual movers are lovely - just lovely. Today, I've exchanged emails with the Grace employee who tried to put off my 3rd move ONE DAY before the move back in. When I said no, he still changed the TIME of the move back in (scheduled for 7 a.m. but moved to 2 pm). Defensive and argumentative. That new time was imposed upon me - I had no choice but I wasn't happy. Why can't Grace accept responsibility for their mistakes? Move reference number 2102877.

I engaged Grace Revivalists to move a small load from near the Gold Coast to Adelaide. The pick up and drop off were quick and efficient, and the drop off team were friendly and on time. I would use them again.

grace bros turned up on time and packed my furniture with with a lot of care not one piece damaged stayed in touch with me the whole time and arrived on time and then unpacked it all great job.

From the lovely packers who asked lots of questions to make sure I was happy, to the uplift guys who made sure my place was packed up safely even though Cyclone Alfred was bearing down on us and lastly the wonderful delivery guys who were really helpful and again asked lots of questions to make sure everything went where I wanted it. In between the office people I didn’t see made me feel confident that my worldly possessions were well cared for. It was an easy and simple experience even though it really is a huge effort to move! Thank you.

Choosing Grace to pack and and move was worth every cent. All the team were professional, polite, friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. Arrived on time, all workers in uniforms, they worked hard and fast. All items accounted for, nothing broken and they returned to collect our boxes and paper for recycling. We have moved a few times over the years so know that using Grace is the best decision we made!

My move was from mid-North Coast to Melbourne and the service was excellent from the time of booking to delivery. The guys were all fantastic on the job - on time, didn’t stop from the time they started to the last item packed; they were also polite & very helpful. My items were handled with care and everything was so well packed.
I would definitely recommend Grace Removals and I’d also not hesitate to use them again.

Grace handled my move professionally, with secure packing and great support from day one. However, their European transit partners caused delays, and one item was "lost" (likely stolen). They were unhelpful in resolving the issue, but Matthew Ferrari from Grace stepped in and provided excellent support. Thanks to him, I would still recommend Grace for international moves.

Great service, communication and knowledge from all staff levels. Extra care taken with packing and unpacking was appreciated. Will use again.

The wrapping & packing teams were legends. There's some skill and experience with fitting everything into a container for an international move, and carefully. Everything was perfect from the Australian side. We had a few delays with the vessels arriving late and some unloading damage on the ground in Christchurch, however, the Gold Coast team jumped in and helped greatly with getting this resolved as fast as possible.

I relocated from Sydney to the Gold Coast using Grace and I could not have asked for better service - from the first call to the final delivery everyone was great and super helpful. Recommend to anyone looking for great movers!

From the first meeting to the last, Grace Removalists were thorough, helpful and caring. I had to put my items in their storage due to our renovations taking a much longer time than expected so it was easy to use their “container” system. The Removalists themselves, David and Rob were quick and super helpful. I give them 10 stars!✨

High level of flexibility and communication throughout.
No hidden fees anywhere and we were those guys that change their delivery time at the last minute! We used the full packing service which was great value for money and stress-free for us!

COMMUNICATION and care!!! From the packing with Bali and Jarrod, to the loading and unloading of our furniture from Dave and Rob. The boys were so careful, courteous and kind. As it is all quite a stressful experience, having people who smile and chat and do their job well makes the whole thing a breeze!!
