Excellent! Quick communication and fast delivery.

Excellent customer service- really helpful staff. Massive range of Jellycats.

came really quickly despite new years right around the corner

First order from Gracegentle

My order of the newly released valentines jellycat range arrived quickly and I love them. I buy jellycats as a collector and one of the jellycats tags was damaged which was disappointing. The jellycats themselves were beautiful. Thank you gracegentle!

Product arrived quickly and was as described, perfect and prompt!

Excellent service as always, quick delivery aswell.

Great website, had what I wanted, delivery came quickly.

Had just what I needed, item was sent with care and I really appreciated the quick postage. I’m sure I will be a return Jellycat customer as you have such a super selection in stock.

It was very quick and easy to order the item on the website. The service on collection at the shop was second to none. My item was ready and waiting the very next day and packed extremely well. I often visit Grace Gentle in Newark and all of the ladies in the shop are extremely friendly and helpful. It is old fashioned service at its best. They stock such beautiful items and if I’m looking for a gift, there’s always something I can find. There are items to suit your budget. We are so lucky to have Grace Gentle in Newark and the owner’s personal story behind the shop is wonderful.

Fast delivery, items well packed and packed with care.

We love this shop. The best. And the team

Another beautiful product thank u

Excellently packaged, great item and very quick delivery. First purchase discount was fantastic, would massively recommend to friends and family

Arrived promptly well wrapped. Felt like they had a cuddle before sending. Thank you

They are the best.
Staff post online sharing products they have in store. It’s not just about selling products.
I love the lives they do on tik tok
Nice to buy from those who own and love the products themselves
Fast delivery. Offer a points system which is great so you can get money off
Excellent seller.

I saw this company on TikTok and I was mesmerised by the sellers passion. I made my first order last week, a jellycat beehive and bee, what an adorable product! I collect bee themed teddies and this is by far the best! Superb quality, I’m new to the jellycat range and I’m now I’m hooked.
Was a competitive price and arrived a little earlier than expected. Head to the website first as I’m sure they offer a first time discount for new customers (which I somehow missed, but their price was still better than any other online retailer).
Happy customer. Thank you.
