Appalling company. Their sizing is ridiculous! The dress is ordered was a large and im a size 12 I couldn't get it passed my legs! I asked for a refund and they refused! They finally agreed to give me a refund if I return the dress which cost me £16 to send it back to China. Im still waiting for my refund 6 months later!

Oh dear god! Stay away. The dresses were cheap and awful but worse, you can’t return them or get a refund. You’re required to email (which I’ve done 3 times) for an authentication code and address. It never came and I have no way of knowing where to send it to or if doing so will mean I never see the money and the clothes again (not that I care about seeing these dresses again). What a scam. Wish I’d read the reviews. I have no way of sending them back or getting my money back

I paid £60 for a trench coat six weeks ago and i am still waiting for delivery. Initially, I received the apologetic confirmation of order and that 'due to high demand on sale prices, there may be a small delay in parcel delivery'. SCAM. As the name states 'GRACEWEAR LONDON', I also stupidly assumed that the dispatching warehouse would be in London. WRONG. CHINA. Very quickly subsequent emails arrived 'your parcel has shipped', 'your parcel will be with you shortly', 'your parcel will be arriving on your DOORSTEP SOON. Then came the patronising emails 'We are investigating your case and appreciate how understanding you've been' All obviously complete RUBBISH. I checked the delivery status online and the parcel had NOT BEEN DISTATCHED AT ALL. After I read customers experiences on this site, I concurred with all comments and realised the patronising vocabulary they used in their correspondence is exactly the same. Obviously standard practice. My bank are now investigating.

The item I ordered was ridiculously too small 23" long when advertised as 32" and when I sent them the measurements to prove this, I have not heard a single thing from them. They just take your money and have no intention of fixing the problem. I have photographic evidence. Do not trust them at all.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not buy from this store. I so wish I had looked at the Trustpilot reviews before ordering from "Gracewear London". Let me tell you, they are not in London. It might look like a genuine clothing store but is nothing short of a scam. I ordered what appeared to be a nice, smart blazer. It arrived (several weeks later - from China) but when I opened it I got the shock of my life. It was a blazer, but the material was like plastic sheeting which had been printed to make it look like it was actual fabric material. I was disgusted. Even though it wasn't relevant by that stage, the colour was nothing like the picture shown. I raged with the owner. They responded to say I could ship it back to China (which would have cost £23) for a full refund or they would give me a 33% refund if I kept it. That leaved little choice. I opted for the partial refund. 8 weeks later I am still waiting for the partial refund. I keep emailing them and they keep saying "Your refund request has already been submitted and is currently going through our standard internal approval process. Our finance team is reviewing the details, and we expect this final step to wrap up shortly. Please be assured that this matter is being monitored closely and will be finalized as soon as the approval is completed." It is nonsense, and a scam. They could refund me in seconds but they won't do. It is a disgrace that this shop exists and that someone hasn't tried to shut them down. As for the "blazer" they sent me, landfill isn't good enough for it, it's that bad. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not buy from this store.

The items I received were of very poor quality and did not match the descriptions or expectations created by the website. What was even more concerning was that the website gave the impression that the company operated from a London warehouse, but only after I wanted to return the items did I discover that the return address was actually in China.

This information was not made clear before purchase and significantly affected my buying decision. Had I known that returns would need to be sent internationally, I would not have placed an order.

When I requested a refund, I was offered a discount rather than a full refund despite the products not being as described. I have since raised the matter with my credit card provider.

In my experience, the company has been misleading about its operations and the quality of its products. Buyers should be aware of the potential difficulties and costs involved if they need to return an item.

please don't make any mistake and buy anything you see on their advert its not what you will get , it is sickening

I stupidly bought this suit before checking out the company on here beforehand.

The suit took ages to arrive because they are based in China, not London as stated on their website.

The suit arrived damaged but the company wants me to pay for the return, back to China!!! Section 20 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 dictates that the retailer must bear the cost of returning faulty items. Their own published return policy also explicitly confirms: “For Defective or Incorrect Products: No cost to the customer.” They will make you pay out more money for the return or try to offer you 20% back to keep the suit.

The suit looked cheap and nasty. They have the same ones on Amazon at half the price!

I'm now going to go through my bank to claim the money back and report them to Citizens Advice.

Do not order from this company it’s a scam. Ordered a jacket 9th may not received my order. Told me a week after ordering it was out of stock and the refund team would refund my money. 8 emails later to them and still no refund. I hope people read my review before buying from them.think my bank will have to get involved now. SAVE YOURSELF STRESS DO NOT ORDER

Hate giving a bad review but have never received such awful service. Never received goods. Believe this is a scam company as each email I sent they would reply back justifying the situation. Had to raise a dispute with my bank and the bank refunded me once they had looked into it. The website, wording and pictures all look genuine but was not the experience I received. Please do not be taken in by them.

I was unable to click zero stars for this company, but as per the reviews below, it is an absolute sham.
I ordered 2 items, one arrived as the wrong item, the other defective and different to the image.

Communication has been shocking. They keep going on about referring my case to an "internal team" but this is yet another delay tactics and everything they have said is all lies.
They are also now using AI for all communications, but seem to think that now they have assigned a made up name to the bottom of their emails, that this in some way makes it look like they are taking it more seriously.

Trading standards website deals with our UK based claims and disputes from what I now understand, so I will raise a Section 75 with my bank to reclaim my money. I will also report this to Police Scotland.

Do not go near this company. All the reviews below are absolutely correct as regards their concerns and complaints. The sham of a company misleadingly suggests to be based in London, but that couldnt be further from the truth.

I will take this as far as I can until I get my money back.

Do not vo near them and make sure you report every single concern. If in doubt about anything to do with Gracewear "London"...you will be 100% correct. Trust your instincts and these reviews!

Those process began on 19th March when they took my money, and I will keep fighting until I get it back.

Avoid Gracewear London at all costs. My order took over 20 days to arrive and turned up far too late for the event I purchased it for. When I tried to exercise my right to a full refund, the company first attempted to offer me 10%, then 15% then 20% back to keep the item instead of honouring a proper return.

After rejecting this, they provided a return address in China, despite on the website, heavily implying products are shipped from UK or Netherlands warehouses. The return cost would be over £45 for an item worth around £100, which is completely unreasonable and clearly designed to put customers off returning goods.

I haven’t even opened the packaging, so I can’t comment on the quality of the garment itself, but the customer experience has been shocking from start to finish. In my opinion, this business is misleading consumers with its returns process and delivery expectations.

Thankfully I paid by credit card and will now be pursuing a Section 75 claim. Please think twice before ordering from this company.

This site is a scam . I’ve ordered jumpsuit and was send something like boiler suit , absolutely disappointed. I could not get refund they offered me keep the item and 20% money back as to send back the item would cost double , and I never received my refund as agreed . Complete scam I definitely don’t recommend to order anything at all big big scammers . China cheap clothes

Another scam pop company who are based in China. They advertise 30 day returns. They have a warehouse address in London, they are called Gracewear London. I ordered 2 dresses for size and would need to return 1 of them. The are in Asia and are scamming us. These types of Companies really need to policed more. They are are ripping us off. I was also offered 30% off to keep it. The dress is awful anyway why would i want 2 of them? They are robbers and i cannot help but wish bad karma on them. The Government really need to step up and stop all this. Its a growing situation.

Ive just created a petition to make a stand against these pop up rip off merchants on change. Title is 'demand tougher policing of foreign companies trading in the UK'.

I really begrudge having to give a star to write a review and I could absolutely kick myself i didn't check this company reviews they lie it's all from China I ordered a faux leather jacket its awful the arms would fit an orangutan its so bad you cannot even write a review on there webpage it took forever to arrive supposedly coming from there London warehouse the one they imagine they have in there head..I know it's going to cost half the price of the jacket to send it back my advice to anyone is DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THEIVES,ROBBERS I am fuming that I have fell for it i would have been better donating to a charity not the Chinese charity that steals of people

This company is shocking. I will never order from them again. I would give zero stars if I could.
I received a wrong item after a few weeks. they said they would investigate and they have come back saying the right parcel has been delivered.
When I asked for photographic evidence they sent the original delivery photo which was the wrong parcel.
Now they are saying I entered the wrong address so the parcel went elsewhere. This is completely untrue as the parcel came to my address in the first place.
The first few emails were polite, now they are very unprofessional and rude.

Total scam. They operate from China and are very misleading. Ordered jacket, was rubbish, being asked to return to Asia. Avoid!!!

They wanted ME to pay to return it to CHINA.

The coat cost £48.99. The cost of posting it to CHINA was going to be £27!

I have sent them emails letting them know how I feel.

Last email back offered me 30% refund.
Not good enough. Where are the Trading Standards Officers who are supposed to protect us.
