We are an independent, family run soft furnisher based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Established in 1968. We offer fitting and measuring services within our local area and have an extensive book and sample library at our showroom on Kings Road. We look forward to welcoming you to help with your soft furnishing needs. The fabric I chose was out of stock
The fabric I chose was out of stock, which happens, but there was no update to inform me that this was the case until I made an enquiry. The date that I was advised the fabric was going to be back in stock was further delayed for another couple of weeks but again no update until I made a second enquiry. Once the fabric arrived, it was dispatched immediately but I think the company could have been more customer centric in explaining that there was going to be a delay in receiving the fabric in the first instance and again when the availability of the fabric was further delayed.

Dear Vanessa, we are sorry that you have encountered delays with receiving your fabric. Looking back on our system I can see that your order was placed on the 1st of July. On the 2nd of July we informed you that unfortunately the fabric was out of stock and gave you the expected date as advised by the supplier. It wasn't until your second enquiry that we were aware that there was a further delay. Frustratingly suppliers do not always completely keep us up to date with stock availability. As you stated we did immediately despatch the fabric to you as soon as it arrived to us, but we do understand the inconvenience caused.

Perfection from start to finish
From my beginning enquiry to the delivery of my beautiful curtain and blind,this company were perfect.
I always felt I was talking with a real human not AI, and the advise was spot on each time.
My curtain and blind were not common sizes and made to order within the 8 week time frame quoted.
The workmanship is excellent and I’m thrilled with the way they complete my bedroom.
Not only that but they were significantly cheaper than another large online curtains and blind retailer!

3rd time used and really pleased
This is the 3rd time l have used this business. Once for curtains, twice for blinds. Really impressed. Great quality and price.
Redecorated a bedroom and had blinds made. One window is really wide and they were able to make them. They look great. Thanks again.

Hello Kel, I am really sorry to hear you haven't received your two samples. Looking back on our system I can see your samples were ordered on the day after you placed your order (21/07/25). However, after chasing with our supplier they have just informed us that your requested samples have been put on back order. Unfortunately the supplier didn't inform us this therefore we were unable to inform you. Once again we are really sorry for this inconvenience and we will issue you a refund shortly.

Ordered the cowprint fabric which is printed to order.
It arrived well packaged on a roll. Plenty of notice about its delivery.

Exceptional Customer Service
Before I placed an order for curtains, I telephoned and spoke to very helpful people about the type of lining I should order and the exact measurements. I ordered curtains...I was advised it would take 5/6 weeks. A few weeks later I received an email to advised that my material was in the workshop and the date the curtains would be dispatched. Very pleased with the curtains, thank you.
