We are an independent, family run soft furnisher based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Established in 1968. We offer fitting and measuring services within our local area and have an extensive book and sample library at our showroom on Kings Road. We look forward to welcoming you to help with your soft furnishing needs. Easy to place my order and delivery was very prompt once the fabric was in stock, although it would have been nice to have been informed that it was out of stock before I placed my order rather than after I had ordered and made payment.
Fortunately I was able to be at home to receive the delivery, despite the delay.

Great choice, pricing, product and service
I have used Graham Sanderson on several occasions now, for both Roman Blinds and curtains (possibly 10 orders in total?) , and I have always been absolutely delighted with the results. They have such a huge range and I have invariably found excellent fabric at a really good price point. They are great about sending out fabric samples and all my final curtains and blinds have been perfect. I have had reason to call them up on a couple of occasions to ask questions about placing my order and they are always super nice and helpful. I like to support GS as it's a really well run "proper" business. Well done - I will continue to use the firm.

Beautiful blinds at a very, very competitive price - including a discount offer, these blinds came in at almost half the price of the same design sold by competitor stores.
The communications from Graham Sanderson Interiors came at regular intervals, keeping us updated about the progress of our order. Everything went smoothly and at exactly the pace predicted by GSI from the outset.

Well made & excellent quality curtains
I’m so pleased with my new curtains. They arrived very carefully folded; the few creases have disappeared a few days after hanging.
The sewing & pattern matching are excellent & good quality lining. I was kept informed of my order progress, took just under 6 weeks from order to delivery. I would certainly recommend.

The fabric I chose was out of stock
The fabric I chose was out of stock, which happens, but there was no update to inform me that this was the case until I made an enquiry. The date that I was advised the fabric was going to be back in stock was further delayed for another couple of weeks but again no update until I made a second enquiry. Once the fabric arrived, it was dispatched immediately but I think the company could have been more customer centric in explaining that there was going to be a delay in receiving the fabric in the first instance and again when the availability of the fabric was further delayed.

Dear Vanessa, we are sorry that you have encountered delays with receiving your fabric. Looking back on our system I can see that your order was placed on the 1st of July. On the 2nd of July we informed you that unfortunately the fabric was out of stock and gave you the expected date as advised by the supplier. It wasn't until your second enquiry that we were aware that there was a further delay. Frustratingly suppliers do not always completely keep us up to date with stock availability. As you stated we did immediately despatch the fabric to you as soon as it arrived to us, but we do understand the inconvenience caused.
