We are an independent, family run soft furnisher based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Established in 1968. We offer fitting and measuring services within our local area and have an extensive book and sample library at our showroom on Kings Road. We look forward to welcoming you to help with your soft furnishing needs. If you are unable to visit our shop please visit our website where you will find a comprehensive range of designer fabrics and wallpapers. On our website you can also order bespoke curtains, blinds and cushions which are made in our workrooms. Ordered and paid for 3 fabric swatches. Only 1 arrived. No communication to explain why or when the other two will be expected.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We are sorry to hear you are missing 2 of your samples. As we mentioned, these come directly from our suppliers, so we have chased these up with them this morning.
We can see Casamance have only shipped 1 of the 2 samples you ordered so we are asking them to send the outstanding sample out to you as soon as possible.
We have asked Harlequin to post another sample out to you as we can see this was sent last week but as of yet, has not reached you.
Unfortunately, our office is closed on a Saturday hence us not replying to your email then, but we understand it will be frustrating to have not had a reply straight away, especially when you are chasing part of your order.
We hope your remaining samples are with you very soon. Please let us know if you would like further sampling which we would be happy to organise for you free of charge, just get in touch with us should you require more.
For now, we will refund the price of this sample order as a gesture of good will, please allow a few days for this to show in your account.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of any further assistance.
