Ordered a top on the 12th of December thinking i was ordering from an Irish company in Dublin,i read the bio and thought what a great story and hope it goes well for them but when i saw it was coming from China it annoyed me and sent an email stating that if i had known i wouldn't have bothered,it didn't arrive before Christmas and when it did arrive it definitely wasn't as advertised,might fit a 12 year old but for an xl it certainly won't fit an adult and yes of course the website is down,how convenient.

This is a scam.
I saw the advert of this "Irish boutique" on Facebook but went to the website directly and not via Facebook. I bought 2 items in the sale, and as soon as I received the confirmation email, I could see that this shop is a Chinese based one. The items arrived today and are of poor quality and not worth the money I paid for them.

Avoid at all cost.

The produce is complete tat and not fit for purpose. Really annoyed at the marketing which sells itself as a local business selling quality product, both of which are false.
Stay away and don't be lulled into a false sense of making a quality purchase.

I ordered a sweater because I support local businesses and the website 'claimed' to support sustainability. This is not true. The sweater was sent from China, finally arrived today after weeks in transit, is far too small (nowhere near the size I ordered), has horrific stitching, has no washing instructions and the website is now 'down' so you can't even complain.

Zero stars if possible. Scam company. Yes they send the item but the quality and sizes are made-up! Won’t issue a refund but sent me the identical item again! 😆 rubbish- don’t go there

I ordered a soft button through shirt I got a hard stiff material shirt very disappointed not as description on the website

Naively bought 2 times on an anniversary sale. Knew as soon as I got tracking email I'd been had. Arrived post Christmas, poor quality, poor sizing - site now closed down... Im sure not the only one to fall for the nice Dublin boutique story.

I purchased a cardigan on the 8th of dec.for €49.95. It arrived on the 28th of dec. What I received was not knitwear but a shirt made of some unknown plastic fabric. The make and the stitching is unbelievably bad.
Graine & Aoife Dublin is not an Irish company and you have to return your item to China at your expense.
Cost of return can be more than the cost of the item.
Do not buy from this company

I wish to advise anybody purchasing from grainneaoife Dublin.com that this company is scamming people into buying their clothes which are made in China but are advirtised as been in Dublin We have lost a considerable amount of money to this company Also the length of time it took to get items was 5weeks the quality was disgraceful and after 13emails back and forth no resolution in sight if anybody out can throw some light in to this company

Absolutely scam of a company. Items shipped from China, no refund opportunity despite claims in website. Cheap and awful clothes.

Got scammed by them as well. Ordered a knitted sweater and got a shockingly poor quality polyester top that does not even fit. I am going to report them to the CPCC even though they probably can't do anything as it is a Chinese company. Lesson learnt, read reviews before buying anything...

Very disappointed with this shop. Still have not received my order. I have been in touch many times and no update on when I can expect it. It’s nearly 3 weeks since I made order. I think I’ve been scammed.

Need I reiterate ~~ product not what was advertised…material, stitching, cuffs+collars woeful and I should have copped it when didn’t arrive way before Christmas. It’s too late for my fifty euro but hopefully others will avoid at all costs

I am still waiting for my items. I thought the website was Irish but it transpires it is Chinese. They are scamming us from a distance. I have no idea these items will be truly what they claim to be. I have written back but nothing has happened. Some of the items ai bought were Christmas presents. Now it is way after Christmas and I don’t think I will get them at all.

Very very disappointed with this website. It was my first time to order from them and I came upon them through Instagram which I am new to. I ordered a Christmas jumper the 25th of November it arrived 24th December. Very poor quality it was exactly the same jumper from the Temu website. I sent a number of emails. They did apologise said they would refund 20%of the cost of jumper as I would have to pay for postage. I couldn't be bothered will give it to charity. Will never order again. Have never left a review before but was do disappointed eith this website

Grainne & Aoife is basically a glow-up filter slapped on a China drop-shipping site. Marketed like a cute brand, delivered like a Temu side quest. Weeks of waiting, clothes that look like they lost a fight with the photos, and prices that make you wonder who thought this was okay.

Scam energy from start to finish. Save your money and buy literally anywhere else.

complete scam! Item small for a child when i bought 2XL. shipped from asia, charged in Belgium, this is not a small boutique in Ireland.

Like others I ordered a beautiful red shirt that looked amazing quality on 1st December. What I received today is nothing short of despicable- no semblance to the colour or quality that was in the picture. Poorly made product from china. Have contacted the company regarding a refund but guess I’ve been fooled.

Must admit A GANGSTER CHINAMAN got the better of me... cheap rag of a thing arrived in stead of a wool jumper which looked beautiful in the advertisements.50 euro gone down the drain .a definite SCAM .how I was caught so easily .....DO NOT BUY FROM this site...delivery took weeks but item was tracked the whole way and emails were sent to me regularly with legitimate looking tracking updates. If the garment was wearable I wouldn't mind. It will be the talk of the Christmas dinner HO MAM GOT SCAMMED !
