Hi Dan, Thanks for your review! Unfortunately vacuum sealing freshly roasted coffee isn't constructive for us, as coffee beans release CO2 as they age. Happy brewing :)

Fast delivery and very reasonable price. Love the coffee. Value for money. The only thing they are missing is the recommended recipe (brew temp, yield, etc) for each of the coffee. It would be great if this information could be provided.
