Received a text about 10 minutes before Mitch arrived. Completed the job, made sure everything was working & even recommended to turn the Boiler dial down to reduce energy costs. Very pleased with the Service, again.

We don't have hot water occasionally. Contact them by leaving a message at 0830, get a call back at 0920. Booked an inspection on the same day, and they come and fix it before 1pm. They explain the reasons causing the issue and what could happened in the future.

What stood out most for me was Andy’s friendly approach and willingness to explain the problem and solution clearly. Overall, outstanding customer service.

I have been using GU Plumbing & Heating for some years now and they never fail to provide a first class service from start to finish. It is so easy to book an appointment and I am kept informed including a call when they are on their way. The work carried out is always faultless and is followed up with a work report. The area being worked is always left clean and tidy. All the guys I have ever met are friendly and professional and always look neat and tidy. Wouldn't use anyone else for all my plumbing needs including boiler services.

Had a full boiler refit. Grand Union quoted me a better price than British Gas, and over 3 days of power flushing, fitting, and Hive setup, it was a stress free process.

Connor was friendly, professional and efficient, doing all the work (on his own throughout) with zero fuss.

Admin process is also great. Easy to contact Mitch or Lauren, pay invoices and get details of the work electronically. It is a very professionally run business with top notch customer service.

After care service is also great and always happy to help, and their Home Cover contracts are great value.

It’s the second time I’ve used Grand Union and they are very efficient keeping you informed of arrival time and doing an excellent job.

I have used Grand Union many times and always for my annual boiler service. This time I had a problem with noisy pipework and high water pressure. Marco arrived early, and while he didn't completely solve the issue, he did identify the cause which is something I can do myself. Highly recommend
