What a great response to my SOS call. Ella was able to arrange a next day visit by the engineers Martin and Josh. She explained what would be done initially and the cost.
The guys arrived on their and explained what they were doing at each stage. Another visit was necessary and the following day Felix arrived a new part was needed for my boiler. All 3 guys were efficient, friendly and tidy thanks for everything.

Very nice helpful knowlegable and patient engineer who attended my 92 yr old, nearly deaf relative. Explained everything to him and cleaned up well afterwards. Would highly recommend them and we are using them again.

Craig came out in about October to fix my leaking boiler. We contacted him and he fit us in the next day. He sorted it all in just over an hour and gave me advice on what I needed to do to avoid the problem happening again.
He then came back recently with Joshua to do a full system flush and both were very professional and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend!

Excellent experience with Highfield plumbing and heating from the start.
Booked in quickly to visit my property to give an assessment and quote for the job required, once accepted again the date for installation was hastily scheduled to my required time frame.
On the day of installation I was texted by the company to confirm that they were on their way which was very helpful.
The job was completed in a timely fashion and my property was left in the same condition as before.
The after care and close contact with the company post installation was exemplary.
I would definitely recommend Highfield Plumbing and heating. Excellent all round.
