Customer service was horrendous. Bought product December 2024.
Feel like it froze during shipping because the paint was defective. Informed The company and they just argued that there was nothing wrong with the paint. Because they have an additive that they use to prevent freezing. All I know is that after spending over a $100 On a gallon of paint, I couldn't even get halfway around my room with one coat. Found customer service representative to be unprofessional, argumentative and unhelpful.
Do not recommend this company at all. I will certainly never do business with them again.

I received my order and was extremely pleased with the product. It matches great and is as easy to apply and use as the original suede paint I had in the past.
I have a used suede in three rooms in my house as well as multiple homes that I painted for others.
I purchased This paint for touch ups in two colors and they both were a perfect match to my existing painted walls and covered the spots perfectly

I have a living room painted in Ralph Lauren Spitfire suede. Ordered the paint and received it in a very timely manner. The color I received didn’t match the original Ralph Lauren Spitfire.

Edit: Mike from Granitepaint contacted me in efforts to help me resolve my issues. Mike was very prompt, courteous, and professional in his responses through email. Over the course of our communications we came to a more than satisfactory resolution. If the need arises I’d give them a call and try again.

Ordered paint. "Mike" was Great to work with. Appears to be genuine and exceptionally patient and knowledgeable regarding the paint products. Exceptionally good customer service skills.

I live in Canada and had a large two story foyer painted in Ralph Lauren suede several years ago. Poly B pipes were replaced in my home and the plumbing company cut trough this wall. The paint is no longer made. No company or paint store in Canada could help me out. There were NO matches. i was devastated and angry. As a last resort I scoured the Internet one last time and came across the website which stated that they could match any Ralph Lauren suede tint. I thought i was throwing good money out after bad. But it was my only hope.The paint came yesterday right on schedule. Mike answered each and every question I had and the match is absolutely perfect. This saved me thousands as it is a two story vault that would have required scaffolding to repaint. There are not enough words to say `THANK YOU! Ten stars would be more appropriate!
