Simple order process. Kept well informed thoroughout shipping process, without being bombarded with updates. Arrived quickly with a kind gift. Very happy with product! Well machined and sturdy but not too heavy. Will definitely use Grasscity for future smoking purposes.

Didnt get no response from email support. Support as itself is not working, couldn’t track my delivery, even though i paid for that. Products are perfect, great quality. Just need some work on support and answer their client questions.
