Stellar Customer Service

Absolutely stellar customer service! We had a box arrive that was damaged by the shipper and Gratzi had a replacement ready to go within 24 hours. Very pleased and we appreciate the effort!

Super frustrated at my last two orders…

Super frustrated at my last two orders being quite delayed BUT I have not yet switched to Medly ONLY because Joymela and customer support has been superb in acknowledging the problem( which is most important- making customer feel heard) and solutions. Excellent customer support.

Delivery Problem Resolved Quickly

Due to travel I was encountering delivery challenges. Gratsi walked me through options and facilitated an acceptable solution for me.
Communication was very prompt & polite.

I originally contacted Customer Service…

I originally contacted Customer Service that they had my wrong street number my street correct address is 216 Eastwood Avenue Customer Service rep assured me that the old number the wrong number that they put down 222 would be removed and I would be delivered my wine to the correct address alas it did not happen and it got sent to my next-door neighbor. I was not a happy camper.

Wow, received email immediately from a REAL person, I think, about a question I had. Hoping wine as good as the customer service so far. Peter is who helped me.

I reached out via email with regard to…shipping.

I reached out via email with regard to an upcoming shipment. Now, I am truly assuming that Sweetzhel at Customer Service at Gratsi is a person, not AI, however, the response time was incredible and tailored to my request and needs. This Customer service representative should be commended for their helpfulness, response time, understanding of the situation and overall pleasant experience. I have become a happy Gratsi customer and happier based on this interaction.

Joymela responded not only extremely quickly, but LOGICALLY. She saw my order was missing glassware. She offered to send it to me now, rather than making me wait for next shipment, at no cost. She realized that the order confirms state an adult over 21 must sign, but already let me know that no signature will be needed before I had to ask. (It's glassware! Not wine!) So far, I am super pleased with everything about Gratsi.
