Definitely a scam. I ordered in October and have been chasing up- I’ve received nothing to date. I just got a crazy email from them this morning - and they’re still trading. Don’t buy!!!

As a Polish manufacturer of Gravity Blankets, we have received information that not all of you have received your orders or have been refunded as per your request.
We believe we owe you an explanation.
In 2021, we signed a contract and gave exclusive sales rights to an outer company to run our sales platform within the UK.
Until November 16, 2022, the owner and operator of the Gravity UK online store was a British company called Lady Lime Ltd. This very company collected the money for your orders and as we have recently found out, has not fulfilled them so far. Lady Lime Ltd. is responsible for concluding the contract with you and at the same time delivering the goods.
On the 16th of November 2022, we have terminated our cooperation with Lady Lime Ltd.
We did all in our power to fulfil all the pending orders that got stuck due to the lack of settlements with the above-mentioned company with us. For over two weeks now we are tried to recover the debt from the above-mentioned company and at the same time lead to the shipment of your orders or reimbursements.
The owner and representative of Lady Lime Ltd. - Mr Michał Łaska has deceptively promised that he will take of all the orders, he was supposed to send us tracking numbers, but the contact was broken and to this day we cannot find out what happened to these orders.
We are truly sorry as we ourselves are greatly also affected financially by this situation.

The blanket never arrived and the company ignores all emails.
I ordered a blanket as a gift 5 weeks ago. There is no sign of the package ever getting delivered. The company has been ignoring emails for two weeks.

Almost impossible to return
Almost impossible to return. They don't have a phone number. They charge an arm and a leg for returns and the paperwork and research you have to do is insane. Stay away from purchasing anything.
The blanket was NOT soft! very strange feeling. Pillows were chunks of foam. Awful product.

The company is a scam. The site says that I can return the item within 30 days.
I tried to initiate the return, but they told me that they would charge a $100 shipping fee.
This is an unreasonable price. Think twice before ordering

Don't buy thinking you can try for 28 days like they say on the website, we returned our blanket after it had been used for five nights and they refused to refund us.

Absolutely disgusting! Order placed on 19th September and still nothing. 6th of December they have stopped replying to my messages! Shocking. They need stopping. Took over £430 straight away and I can't get it back despite asking for full refund

I wish there was a negative star button! Order place on the 22nd SEPTEMBER had email then tell me production was 3-5 days then postage 10-14 ties up with website so not surprised.
Next excuse delay with items coming from overseas, asked them to cancel order as they were going against the contract- no answer.
On the 21st NOVEMBER I was told my order had been sent and I would receive within 3-7 days. GUESS WHAT still no response from me telling them to cancel and refund and no item!

Bloody disgusting treatment or lack of!
UK BUYERS PLEASE READ (DUTIES AND TAXES)
If you are purchasing from the UK you will have to pay duties and taxes. This is mentioned on the website, however, it’s very well hidden and at no point during purchase does it mention anything regarding “duties and taxes”. The blankets arrive in a smashed box because of their weight and are only protected by a disgusting cloth like bag. The customer service representative had the audacity to tell me that it’s made very clear that purchases would incur duties and taxes which is a lie. I purchased from them years ago and everything was great but now this company is awful and I will never buy from them again and I stopped a few family members and friends from buying too. I truly wish I had read the reviews here first but since my original experience was pleasant I didn’t even think to check which has turned out to be a costly mistake.
Ordered in mid-August, nothing
Ordered in mid-August, was told it'd be 20 business days max, it hasn't arrived in mid-November. I've contacted them twice (they've never contacted me) and both times they blamed Yodel and said it'd arrive in a few days. Don't order via bank transfer - I think it's to make it harder to get a refund.

Avoid. Ordered a blanket on 2 September. None of the timeframes are correct. Been told it is with Yodel and that the delay is from them but won’t give me a tracking number or reply to emails. Still no blanket and i will now be disputing to hopefully get my money back.

Ordered a weighted neck wrap on 21/9/2022, that was supposedly shipped on 3/10/2022. Gravity are blaming Yodel for the delay in delivery:

Yodel delivered without problems something I ordered from a different supplier on 2/10/2022 that was shipped on 5/10/2022 and delivered on 7/10/2022.
Most companies that sell therapeutic merchandise aim to deliver within 2 working days as a result of their customers being in some sort of distress, it is therefore sad that Gravity take such a slipshod attitude to fulfilling orders. I will be requesting a refund if the item is not delivered on 10/10/2022.
I ordered from Gravity as their gravity blanket was reviewed The Independent and gave a rating of 9/10, so I thought that was a good recommendation for their products, but I suppose the Independent was reviewing the product not Gravity's customer service.
Never received my product & finally got a refund
Never received my weighted headband after 4 months. Plenty of empty promises so finally asked for a refund. It was a battle to get the refund. Shoddy Company and to be avoided.
'Apply for a refund' WHAT?
Still nothing! Now if I want a refund, I have to 'apply' for it! Like I have to ask permission!
My bank can deal with this now but I will be here every day until I get my money back. Don't order from these rip off artists.
Company which cares only to take money from you.

There's a lot of lies in this company.
Never gives you an information you need, never answer an emails, you just waiting for delivery which you don't know it comes or not.
It says delivery will be packed 1-3 working days, but waiting for 2 weeks which is says that it should be delivered by the time.
There is no any respect for a customers who pay extremely lot for product. Those kind of people, who just care about money, should not even run a company. Dissapointment.

Dont waste your money
Dont waste your money. All the beads fall to the sides and bottom within a few months. Theres no good way to get the beads back to the centre. Even when you do they fall to the sides again within a night.

Good customer service, mistake I made while ordering was resolved same day.
Miserable service
The product is good, but the service of the company is below any critics... Those people just ignore their customers, don't respond to emails, all three phone numbers on their website are disconnected. Don't buy here or you will be disappointed.
Sleeping mask - Very poor craftsmanship
The sleeping mask is of very poor craftsmanship. Definitely not worth the price. It was refunded, but it cost me $20 to return the item. Not happy.
