Do NOT buy the Gravity Robe. The material of the Robe is cheap. Just by holding the robe you will can see one wash and it will fall apart. I would have given it zero star if I could. On top of all the aggravation, per there website YOU have to pay to return this item. If you find yourself wanting to buy this robe, go to a website where you don't have to pay for return shipping, because best believe you WILL return it.

Shipping took longer then expected but not by a huge amount. My blanket came with a free pillow which is pine filled, I should have checked it but I am allergic to pine and got a rash from using it. Otherwise the blanket itself is very good and exactly what I wanted

So I accidentally ordered the first one without my military discount code and requested a refund along with the explanation of what happened. They agreed to refund me but they’re going to take $25 out of my refund for restocking fees. I wound up ordering the second one with the discount, but since they took $25 from the first order, I might as well have paid full price to begin with.

Money back guarantee? Not so fast. The shipping will cost more than half the cost of an overpriced blanket. It is so heavy, it slides off the bed during the night. You can’t use a top sheet with it because it pulls everything off the bed with it. It is too heavy for me. 10% of my Body weight???? The queen size are all 35 # and I don’t weigh 350. I am so disappointed with this.

No response from Gravity. Customer service sucks.This new kid CEO will end like the guy from Uber. Kicked out of his own company.

The return process is set up to make it hard to get your money back. You bear the expensive return shipping costs and you need to send a photo of the blanket in its plastic bag before the return is authorized. I ordered a queen size blanket that weighs 35 lbs, way too heavy for a small woman to handle, and it cost me $80 via USPS to return a blanket for which I paid $199 plus tax! Terrible purchase. Would not recommend

If you want to try this product and risk not liking it, it's going to cost you $30+ to ship it back. So you'd better hope you buy the right one and like it. Otherwise the company will NOT reimburse you the significant shipping costs. Buy one from another vendor on Amazon, who WILL pay for the return shipping.

The order was incorrect the, they sent me a wrong weight and a cover that didn't fit properly at all. When I tried to call customer service to ask for an exchange I only got through to a voice mail and as I called 2 times I never got a call back, very bad service all round I do not recommend at all.

The eye cover puts the pressure on your eyballs which hurts and is dangerous. You'll be seeing stars. My wife uses it with the weights removed and lives it that way. But we could've got a much cheaper blindfold. Perhaps there are some ppl who's face shape works with this idk

I received a cooling cover with purchase of blanket.
Cover tabs were missing and existing ones did not line up with tabs on blanket. I sent email to customer service and 1 1/2 week later, still no response on the problem. My concern, if I just return with NO CONTACT FROM THIS COMPANY, WILL I BE OUT THAT COVER AND MY MONEY???????

Recently bought as a gift for my wife. Cost is significantly higher than competing offerings - but was sold on the value and qualilty listed online. The day I received it I was emailed a 15% off code. I politely asked that they honor the discount since it the package had arrived that day and it was unopened and still in the box. They immediately declined, and were quite rude about it. They hid behind their vague return policy and arbitrary statement of 'We hold the right to refuse any refund for any reason' in their email and can only price match within 24 hours of selling (never heard of a price match policy that short by the way). So, since I'd have to pay to ship it back and they kept claiming they could refuse refund regardless if they want, I decided to keep it. When compared to the other, significantly lower priced blanket we have, felt fooled as it's the same quality. Lastly, the customer service correspondence was rather sarcastic and non-helpful. Certainly not how I'd communicate with a customer.

Awful. I was so excited as I had ordered their highly advertised bamboo blend sheets. Last weekend (4/10) I ordered them and got an email confirmation right away! Next day, they alerted me via email and text that my order had shipped. Super! NOT. 5 days later I get an email saying the item I had ALREADY BOUGHT, PAID FOR, and said was shipped--was out of stock? I tried multiple platforms to get a straight answer, but the story just keeps changing up to the moment I write this review. Would stay away from this company!

Very nicely made but..... The advertised "cool side" was not cool at all. We tried it, sent it back. This thing got hotter than the hinges of hell in few hours. We set our AC to 70 and still we baked under the thing.

Returns are easy but it will cost you big $. For us it was $97 to ship it back. Nearly half the cost of the blanket.

This is the third blanket we have tried and they were all hot due to similar construction.

Unless you live in an igloo don't waste your money.

To be fair, we bought thru Purple and the sheets and pillow are fantastic.

I was shipped a defective blanket, Gravity Blanket refused to accept return / exchange. Being that they stuck me with it, I decided to try it. The blanket bunches up all the way to one side in the cover and the stitching started to unravel soon after I started using it.

Terrible experience: for a product as such that you can't go to a store and try they do not offer prepaid return shipping. Also, the advertisement is false, this definitely is not a "cooling" gravity blanket. Do not waste your money and time on them.

Love this product, just gets a little warm in the hotter months.

Game changer. I’ve been sleeping so well during this quarantine. I feel it, and the data from my SleepWatch app proves it, too.

Also makes the couch a more relaxed hang.
