The whole ordering process is extremely misleading. At no point, while shopping, adding to cart, ordering and paying for the order are you made aware of any extra fees to be paid because the UK is outisde of the EU. Especially when it is a "co.uk" website and the address for contact is within the UK. They appear to be getting around this by saying "oh well it's on our shipping page" which is only accessible if you scroll right to the bottom of the website and look for it. Do not order from them unless you're willing to pay in excess off £100 customs charges.

Both my wife and I couldn't sleep well under this blanket and I decided to return it. It's been more than two months since I sent a return request, but I got no response. I tried to follow up multiple times with no luck. Looks like fraud to me!

I bought a gravity blanket for Christmas. I am having a horrible time with restless legs. And was told these would help. I got the 25lb blanket. And, the only thing it will do is keep you warm if your cold. Burn you up if your already warm. It doesn't do a thing for my restless legs.

The blanket itself is great, but it’s not worth the hassle of dealing with an unethical company. I purchased 2 products that say they are compatible. I didn’t check as I trusted this to be true, it’s printed on the product materials in several places. It’s wrong, but the didn’t let me know that until today. It’s too late to return for a full refund. They don’t offer phone customer support, so this has taken weeks through email to get responses. Go anywhere else and have a better experience.

I am sooo disappointed I didn’t read the reviews before purchasing these blankets. Horrible customer service. I bought 5 and wanted to return 3 of them unopened and never even taken out of the box or bag and they will not accept my return. I also purchased them before Christmas to give some for Christmas and sone for birthdays In January. I have never been involved with a company with such poor customer service. Also take notice they don’t respond either! Guarantee they will not be in business very long!

I was given a Gravity Blanket as a gift during the holidays. I really didn’t like the color, and wanted a different one. The return/exchange policy for this company is TERRIBLE. We had to pay $90 to ship the blanket back to the company (no Instore options available).
Absolutely wasteful and ridiculous — I haven’t encountered a company with a return policy so bad.

Horrible customer service and discretion. I ordered my wife the king size, 35lbs cooling blanket, one of the most expensive blankets they offer. Ordered on 11/04/2020 as a Christmas gift. With the busy holiday season and everyone shopping online due to COVID, I wanted to order early to avoid any possible shipping/delivery delays. Fast forward to after Christmas and giving my wife the gift, my wife is about half way through her pregnancy and said the blanket was too uncomfortable for her to use. It was too heavy and caused too much pressure, so she wanted to return it, as it was an expensive blanket. I proceeded through the return process and received a reply from customer service which stated I was out of the policy guidelines for returns. The holiday return policy stated orders placed Nov. 10 - Dec. 10 were eligible for returns until Jan. 10, 2021. Because I placed the order 4 days early on Nov. 6th, they denied my return. I'm not arguing that and I know it was my fault for not reading the policy in Nov. before making the purchase. I also didn't know my wife couldn't use the blanket. I just believe there should have been some discretion on the company's end and making an exception in this case would have been reasonable. It would have been great customer service had that been the case.

I ordered a twin-size Gravity Blanket @ $195.00 in late October as a Christmas gift for my adult daughter. The blanket was opened on Christmas Day and only used for a few hours that night before my daughter decided it was too heavy, too hot, too uncomfortable to sleep under and also too awkward to either leave on the bed or to remove it when fixing the bed. I contacted their Customer Service Manager to return the blanket and included a photo of the unused blanket in the original zippered bag, but they refused to accept a return because it was past their "holiday return policy" despite the fact that I advised them it was a Christmas gift before I made the purchase. After several emails requesting a fair resolution of compromise for this refund the Customer Service staff would not respond to my requests.

I was given a 20lbs blanket for Christmas and I was very disappointed with the weight of the blanket. It didn't feel like it was weighted at all. It felt like any other normal thick heavy blanket feels. I currently have a 15 pound blanket (different brand) and that Blanket is heavier then the gravity blanket that is 20lbs. As a person with sensory issues, I was very disappointed to find that after all my research, the reviews and hype was not the product I received. But what really made me decide to write this review is the fact that I had to pay $53 to send the blanket back. The blanket itself is already super expensive, but to make a costumer pay to have it sent back when it costs that much, that is just disgusting. I get they don't want to put the money out, but that's just not right to make a costumer pay all that money. I will not purchase anything from Gravity again and will make sure my friends are aware that they will pay a lot of money to have to return the items.

Worse customer service experience. I have sent several emails requesting a return on a robe that my wife did not like and ZERO response. I do get several emails everyday trying to get me to BUY more of their products. Clearly this company is only concerned with selling products to NEW customers. So incredibly disappointed in the level of service for the price I have paid for their products. They should be mortified. They don't even have the courtesy to provide a phone #. Email only. Smart on their part so they don't have to listen to the disgust from their customers. Much easier to just ignore their emails.

These are a very dangerous company. They know I have anxiety and Harrass me with court threats every day even twice on Christmas as I fell into difficulties with covid and am getting help from debt management I gave them my details and asked them to stop harrassing me I've handed my debts to be managed. They have been vile.thry know I'me a sufferer of anxiety and to tell me a blanket will help shows how desperate and gullable I was, because it never helped and these are nasty people. Be careful guys and if you are struggling with there methods seek help. Don't try do it alone

Placed an order and it was allegedly delivered. I was home (because face it we all are). No delivery was made. Waited a day just to be sure.

Contacted CS explaining this and that I even looked around and in mailbox. Company rep responded asking if I did that (did you not read my original email?). Responded back saying that I looked, not there and radio silence. Likely to dispute transaction at this point since company is determined to ignore customers.

Tried to cancel order shortly after placing it. No proceedure to do this. Have been trying to return the queen/king blanket but there is no customer service available to assist with this...only email....which I have attempted....no response to help. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I’ve had the Queen size blanket for about 6 months and I don’t recommend buying. The blanket sags at the end of the bed and the buttons have come off. The button system is frustrating and difficult. I don’t even enjoy using the blanket anymore. I won’t be able to replace the duvet cover anytime soon because the button connection system is now obsolete. What an absolute waste of money.

The company has excellent customer service and the blanket is high quality. But they only get 3 stars because the blanket comes in a cover that you need to wash before you use and it is a *huge* pain to remove the 16+ individual ties and eyelets and an even greater pain to re-insert the weighted blanket and re-fasten each of the ties. Unbelievable that the design of the cover was so thoughtless in terms of the customer experience.

Quality of the blanket was excellent and customer support was great, although i did not like the weight on my feet and it was actually harder to sleep. I woke up every time i slightly moved.

Even after all the research, i had high hopes but the Balance blanket did not suit me. Although its clear the customer pays the cost to return the item, it still sucks its basically cost me 30€ to test it out.
there are thousands of positive reviews but a real lack of honest feedback..... the company does not allow you to leave feedback until after 28days (after which point you cannot return), so its hard to get balanced reviews.

This blanket has helped me sleep so much better since I got it. I weigh around 110lbs and the 15lb blanket is the perfect amount of weight for me. I feel so much more secure sleeping with it. And it's very soft and the way the weight is distributed is perfect. I would highly recommend it.

I got the weighted blanket as a gift. I bought one for my friend as well and his never came. When I tried to contact customer service they were non existent. And then when I started commenting on their Instagram cause I saw other people were having issues too. They ended up blocking me on there. And then they turned off their comments and still wouldn't respond to my DMs or even mu emails. It's a nice product but I would never order from them again!!

The mask is extremely uncomfortable and the weights feel like hard pebbles that lay on your eyes. I would not recommend this eye mask at all if you are looking for a comfortable sleep.

The single-sized gravity blanket is TINY. It is much smaller than a standard throw blanket. I am a medium-sized person, 150lbs, and the blanket was not comfortable to lay under because there wasn't enough material--it was too small. It is almost $200 for a blanket not large enough for an average adult. This is absolutely misrepresented on the website. DO NOT PURCHASE. If you want to return your item, you are responsible for paying for shipping, which for an item of this weight is over $20. Horrendous policy and horrible customer service.
