Though only a smallish order, the dispatch time was very quick. The product, a pair of training shorts, were a good fit and excellent quality.

The item purchased was delivered in good time. It was just as described and of good quality. Really pleased as was part of a birthday present for my grandson who is a keen young cricketer.

I recently bought new batting pads and new wicket-keeping pads for my 15 year old nephew. The quality was excellent, just as I would expect from Gray-Nicolls. DHL carried out the delivery efficiently and politely. Overall, this purchase gave me an excellent experience.

Hat fits a treat and the size guide was spot on.....just need to wear in for the up & coming T20 match at Edgbaston soon! One thing that could be changed is the signed for posting for low value items as I only received it on the FOURTH time of posting as been at work all week & redelivery on the Saturday i was able to accept the parcel in person. Apart from that it was dispatched pretty quickly after payment & I will happily hope with Gray & Nicholls again!

Worst service .Please don't send your valuble bat .My bat worth £750 i payed for full service in one net session my bat broken.£750 +£95 =£845 .Now they said look up there TCS.And
they give 40% discount to use the same service. As a business person money is not the matter.I trust and give my bat .As a player I don't have my bat for 5 weeks .Its really hurts me.
