We all love food and wanted to get a lot more out of our snacking. So we started inventing snacks that showed off health's more pleasurable side, and working on the best way to get them to busy foodies like us.
We've now catered to over 5,000,000 grazers across both sides of the pond (graze USA est. 2013) - and as of summer 2015, we're in stores in the UK too!
Aside from snacks, we're also proud founders of our very own charity. We're passionate about where food comes from, including the impact on the people involved. When graze was started, so was the graze School of Farming, made to support and develop a sustainable farming community in rural Uganda.

Such a shame
Such a shame - after 10 years of ordering snacks from them every other week, I am told that I don't matter. They went from a fully customisable service, which catered for vegans like me as well as people with intolerances, to an expensive monthly box which you cannot personalise at all.
I cancelled my subscription straight away when I was told that this would be the way from now on. Then I got charged for the box! Had to email them again, to get a refund.
I made it clear that I did not want the box, even for free. Then this week, I receive the box anyway. I can't eat a good third of it as it contains milk or honey.
Shocking service really.

I have cancelled my long-standing subscription. Hey, business students take note - the new graze box is a classic study in what happens when the marketing department takes over a company. All packaging and no substance. A veritable masterclass in hype, hyperbolae and on-trend advertising so blatantly vacuous and without substance, that they deserve an award. Congratulations for development and innovation in cynical advertising.

Very disappointed at the switch from a box which is both affordable and customisable to something 3 time the prices containing things I might not like and don't get to choose. Also an appalling attitude from whoever is in charge of the social media who is basically telling anyone who questions the lack of vegan options that's its basically tough and they shouldn't order from them. What a way to treat loyal customers of nearly 15 years.

I've really liked receiving a weekly box. Came to the office and gave something nice to munch on when the need arose. I guess this is part of the intention behind the name. Maybe a bit pricey but that was ok. Worked for me. Monthly just doesn't so I suspect like many other people I won't be continuing. No doubt postage costs are the reason but I can't help thinking this will be an overall negative for the company. This is a shame. I'll now be making alternative arrangements - bringing in snacks following supermarket shopping instead. Enjoyable while it lasted. Good flavours, variety and portions.

Just had my ‘new’ box
Just had my ‘new’ box. Underwhelmed! Not worth the full subscription price and it is questionable if it is worth the ‘introductory offer’ price. Tea bags? 10g of a mushroom snack, 2 tiny graze bars, a bag of pretzels…. The 3’ new’ plastic pack flavours are welcomed! After many years of being a subscriber, sadly I won’t be for much longer as I cannot justify the increased cost against the uninspiring choice at launch.

Altered subscription service
In common with other recent comments I've been a weekly subscriber for years and was always very happy with the service. Recently have been disappointed by a lack of variety in the boxes and when this week's box didn't arrive, I logged onto the website to report it missing and discovered that the weekly subscription service has been discontinued.
Have had no communication from Graze about this and like many others, I do not want a monthly box so am cancelling my direct debit. Extremely disappointed.

I've been a long-time subscriber to the weekly 4-snack box for under £5, very happy with it and the ability to select from a wide range of snack items.
Now it's changing to a £15 monthly box with 8 snacks and what sounds like a bunch of advertising, recipes, playlists(?), and so on. No examples provided.
So, from 16 snacks for £20pm to 8 snacks for £15pm. Thats a 50% price increase per snack.
I don't think it's worth it, I don't like the monthly format, and I don't like the lack of clarity about the new boxes. I'm out.

Have subscribed on behalf of my grandchildren for many years. However, recently there have been complaints about the contents and lack of variety. Now I am offered an 'exciting new' deal which costs twice as much, details of which are apparently being kept secret. Why??? I won't be continuing.

No variety
I had been signed up to receive the graze snack box once a fortnight. However I have now cancelled as I do not get a variety of snacks like you are supposed to. I’ve had pretty much the same few snacks in various combinations with lots of things I am never sent. It is not worth it when the point of the variety box is to get a variety.

I was happy using Graze. But not now.
I used to be a happy Graze customer and would purchase two variety boxes every month for £7.78. However, I recently received notification that Graze is increasing the price to £15 per month, which is a 90% price increase. I feel that this is an unreasonable price hike and that they are taking advantage of their customers. Graze used to offer a good value solution to a minor issue but now it seems overpriced and not worth the expense. As a result, I have cancelled my subscription.

Used to love Graze
Used to love Graze, but I found I was getting the same snacks over and over again even though I'd put plenty variety down. Tried as a last resort to change the kind of box I received in order to get more variety, but the account dashboard wouldn't allow it, at all, no matter what I tried. Had to leave.

MOULDY PRODUCTS
At one point we were ordering these bars a lot. I agree with some reviewers that often many of the bars were out of stock. However, that didn't bother us too much. The problem happened when, on more than one occasion, we discovered MOULD on some of the flapjacks we were sent. After the huge inconvenience of having to send them back to Graze for proof, they offered us a meaningless apology and TWO free Graze bars. No thank you. I've told friends and family how poor their customer service is, particularly given that we were being sent mouldy items. None of them have bought any since.

It's a real shame
It's a real shame. Lovely snacks if you get the ones you like. Always out of stock on a lot of items, even the new ones. I would have kept my subscription if they could fill the light box every week but after a lot of wrong things sent & unfulfilled boxes, I had to cancel. Go to buy when I need them now, but the majority of multipacks are out of stock. The customer service always reply & are pleasant, but they don't give you any definite answers or reasons other than stock issues. I would suggest looking at new suppliers as it seems quite a few people have experienced the same issues as me.

Disappointing
Many years ago I was introduced to Graze and throughly loved looking forward to my weekly box. Due to financial constraints I had to stop my subscription, fast forward 10+ years and I decided to subscribe again. What a disappointment that turned out to be. First few weeks the boxes arrived late, so by the time I got to try them and dislike or love, the next box had been prepared with the ones I didn't like. Couldn't be too upset as we know what the post can be like. I decided to cancel tge subscription but was tempted with the discounts to stay. Continued to receive duplicates which is really annoying as I'd spent time selecting my likes n dislikes to find I constantly received duplicates, in the same box than any kind of variety. I'd emailed to complain and never received a reply. I received further duplicates, no reply again to my complaints so I've called it a day. Even with discounts, when something is wrong, it's not worth accepting.
I think they've grown too much supplying to the big retailers and have lost sight of subscription customers and deliver no customer service of any value. Shows how another business that started out as something a big different and felt special has fallen short as they've grown.
I would not recommend the subscription service at all, better buy in the shops if you really want their snacks.
I however will not ever subscribe again or buy that brand instore again.

Non existing customer service team
Non existing customer service team. Graze couldnt send me my usual box yet they still charged me for it. I have ended up cancelling my usual order as i was tired of them not fulfilling my orders. They have still not refunded me for my last box which never arrived (and they have confirmed to me on an email that it never will…) I have contacted them three times now by email. No reply whatsoever. No tel number to give them a call on…Shocking service! They leave me with no other option rather than reporting them as a scam!
