Since 2008, seven friends (and a few helpers!) have been reinventing snacking, one delicious nibble at a time.

They keep charging me for graze boxes. I emailed them asking why they charge me and to cancel and they’ve never replied ! Absolutely diabolical customer service if you could call it that! I’ve contacted my bank and they’ve blocked them!

Great snacks
Great snacks. Received two boxes quite close together and both had a number of the same products. None the less I am enjoying them. Particularly the tea bags. They make the most amazing cup of tea.

Love the snacks! I was going to go full sweet snacks but i love the savouries and so do my kids... got Graze for my kids really as i want to have healthy snacks at home all the time and let them graze!

It's great to hear how much you appreciate the hard work our teams have gone to to make sure your snacks arrive safe and sound in our signature boxes! We love giving grazers a choice to pick their favourites (and bin the ingredients that they aren't a fan of) so it's great to hear that you love this feature.
NOT GLUTEN FREE
I’m coeliac so cannot eat gluten or wheat. Now I purchased two lots of graze flapjacks as they were labelled as being gluten free and made with gluten free oats however, they aren’t at all and are made in a factory that can cause cross contamination! I’m extremely disappointed in Graze and they absolutely MUST LABEL THIS ON THE FRONT!

Thanks for reaching out about the labelling on our gluten free snacks.
The only snacks in our range which are suitable for those with coeliac disease, and labelled as gluten free on our packaging, are our gluten free oat boosts, which are produced by a specialist third party manufacturer to ensure there is no cross-contamination. . You can see these on our website, here:

Only the snacks on this page are suitable for a gluten-free diet. All our other snacks - including our regular cocoa vanilla and peanut butter oat boosts - may contain gluten.
All other snacks we make are not suitable for those with coeliac disease. This is because, as you pointed out, most of our snacks are prepared in the same place, which means there is a possibility of cross-contamination between the ingredients we use and we cannot guarantee the complete absence of gluten in any of these snacks.

Had 3 boxes delivered so far consisting of the same items over again, flapjacks and oat boosters despite liking other items on the list and only asking for spice and mostly nut free. Two boxes sent in the same order ( different box types) had the same items in them too.
