Helpful customer service

Helpful clarification when I phoned about misleading information (dates on the website regarding use of an alternative hotel did not marry up with 2027 tour dates) and my subsequent email asking which hotels were being used on the tour dates we were considering.

Looking forward to a great tour.

Most of the research was completed on line and clearly all the relevant information strengthen the case for selecting our tour.
Communication was very efficient and clear.
Booking process easy.
A good start and we hope that the tour lives up to its expectations.

The caller was very polite and…

The caller was very polite and understood my issues. She went further by making a note of the hotel requirements. The call was cutting out and she hung up and called straight back.

Great organisation

So far so good. All the comms and organisation from GRJ have been seamless for the river cruise which I’ll be going on in December. I’m very excited as it looks a fabulous itinerary. The images of the Amadeus ship Amara are amazing.

Helpful & Welcoming

I phoned & was greeted by a welcoming & helpful guy. He was considerate & extremely pleasant & even searched for overnight hotel stay at LGW which now makes me feel less anxious about going alone on my holiday. The fact that it's inside the terminal makes it much easier for me knowing I'll that's where the tour manager will be meeting us. I was sceptical & nervous about doing this tour to Italy but now I can't wait.
