very disappointing first experience with this company. Having read the reviews, I decided to place an order. Sadly this is another potentially good company that chooses to cut corners by using a low end courier, DPD. Despite two scheduled deliveries my order failed to appear (probably because the driver had decided to go home early) and my wine order never reached me. I contacted the company who admitted that they had numerous problems with DPD but were unable to send a replacement order so i had ti cancel and am now without wine or the monies that i had paid.

I obviously rushed that order - only got 9 bottles and 3 of them were tiny. My fault but there could be a message pops up before payment to say are you sure you only want 9 bottles as you miss out on the lower price which was the reason you were ordering them in the first place and maybe it could be more obvious they're half sized.

Excellent delivery fast and easy ordering and beautiful wines

Unfortunately this gift was not received by the intended recipient. DPD just left the bottle outside a property when no one was in rather than take it away for re delivery. Unfortunately it was the wrong property so we are still trying to trace it. I have no issue with Great Wines. They are and have always been a five but this time it’s a zero for delivery hence my averaged score of 3 for this experience!

I have found this company very good . There E mails giving you the prices and offers so that you don’t miss out . Information about the vineyards is also interesting . Plus they keep you informed about your delivery ,so that you know when it will arrive .😊
