Unacceptable chaos on Tuesday 6 September in Piraeus.
No communication, no information, total lack of transparency.
Swarms of tourists having to queue up to change boat tickets with only one ticket office open.
Hours of waiting, a day lost, additional hotel costs in Athens, after three changes of schedule... I made the decision, around 16:00, to move the ticket for the next day. I felt like I had been taken hostage!
It is unacceptable not to give the precise information, such as, no ship will leave Piraeus because of bad weather.
I would have organized my day instead of wasting it in endless queues under the sun and in disarray.
Greece takes advantage of tourism and mistreats it. Scandalous!

I made this booking nearly three years ago and had to put it on hold due to Covid. When I wanted to reinstate it Greeka almost instantly knew all my details, had my credit details perfect and even gave me a discount as I was now old enough for a rebate. I have used them in the past and have been very impressed at how they kept me informed about timetable changes etc. I did have an issue with a ferry cancelled due to weather, but that was outside of their powers to influence and they were immediately on the case arranging alternatives and a refund. I could not have had a faster, or better service from any organisation.

Communication with Greeka.com via email and text was mainly good prior to getting our car. Having stepped off the ferry there was no rep to receive us. A quick phone call and 15 minutes later we were in a third party office with the rep who hadn’t been provided with our phone number. They proceeded to try and sell us extra car insurance when we already had the required amount. The Greeka.com printout clearly stated what had been purchased. The third party company then proceeded to provide us with a car that looked like it had had a few scrapes and shunts. This car’s gearbox and clutch died on us 2 days later. The company’s recovery took no more than an hour coming from the other side of the island and there was another car made available the next morning. Hence, overall a mixed bag with a bad time made good. No complaints as the final car was acceptable and the price was excellent.

I booked my ferries through Greeka over the summer as I visited 8 islands.

I got the best quotes I could possibly get.

Solitamente prenoto le auto direttamente con i fornitori, oppure tramite rentalcar. Per la prima volta ho provato Greeka e devo dire che mi sono trovata bene. Ha trovato l'auto nell'isola che volevo, con un fornitore serio che ha consegnato una macchina adeguata sia come stato, sia come prezzo. Greeka ha avuto tempi di risposta e comunicazione adeguata. Greeka ha preso la commissione di solo 3€. Consigliato!.

Booked a half-day cruise in Santorini with Greeka and everything went great.
I have previously used Greeka for ideas where to go in Greece, booked accommodation, rent-a-car, researching beaches, sightseeing etc. and find it the best site for planning island hopping tours (my favorite when in Greece). Strongly recommend!

Greeka made island hopping easy. All boats were high speed ferries. Tickets were easy to pickup and made traveling easy. I will definitely use them again.

We had to re-book our rental car booked via Greeka due to an illness in the family. The staff was very helpful in finding an alternative car for the new travel dates. They managed the communication via their local car rental partner - which, by the way, was also very friendly and helpful - Plan Car Rental Athens.
Also the e-mail communication and the telephone support was friendly and clear on what has to be done next.

Thank you for the great support in this difficult time. For the next time in Greece, I will definitely go again with Greeka!

BTW: The car we got was nearly too perfect for driving across the hilly roads of Peloponnese :-)!

Used theses guys after reading reviews here, they where brilliant from the start,very fast and reliable, i had horrible experiences in the past so was glad I booked a hire car with these,I'll certainly be using them in the future, plus the rates in high season were very good

My wife and I Googled best things to do in santorini and Paros Greece for our vacation. Greek.com was one of the main site that came up. we used this site to help choose restaurants amd places to visit. All the restaurants we ate at were fantastic. The best thing about this site and why I'm giving 4 stars was for the Car hire. we tried to get an automatic car in Paros for 2 days from our hotel. The companies they used were all sold out. Or, they were charging around €125 per day. Greeka.com found us a car for only €73 per day. This made our vacation. The only thing I would be careful of is recommending certain beaches. we paid through Greeka.com for two sunbeds and an umbrella on the popular Santa Maria beach in paros. we had to pay €55 for the front beds. but when we arrived it, the price was only €15. so we were ripped off by €15. It it wasn't for this issue, I would have given the site 5 stars.
