Got to the airport and no car rep in sight. Day before I received an email saying rep would be there with my name and if there are any issues, I must call their office. And any issues must be reported within 24 hours otherwise they won't be responsible. Made the call and lady told me to call car hire company directly as she can't help and doesn't have any of my booking details! So I then called and sorted out with the company but wasted 1h getting the car which impacted our dinner plans with friends. Car hire company blame head office and Greeka no help at all!

After 5 days we received this email:

We regret to inform you that your car rental request has been rejected due to availability issues by our rental partner.

A car is O.K. but not a new model...
It 's so hard for traveller not get sim mobile... If you get only sim Wifi/internet, you can not contact Greeka Car...
For Greeka, I suggest to use WhatApp or other App that get only sim internet to contact you.

Good service from greeka, ferries didn't run to time when we used them but that was weather related, no one could do anything about that. Will use them again.

All the ferries we used departed on schedule. Excellent service on board. Smooth comfortable journeys.

Greeka gave a very good service but it was the seajet ferries that let us down by always being an hour or longer late.

I used Greeka for my vacation on Mykonos Island. It is highly recommended!

I booked my vacations in Greece (Naxos, Mykonos & Santorini) through this website (ferry tickets- island hopping, accommodation & car rental). I would strongly recommend it to anyone who is organizing a trip to the Greek islands. The services in general are perfect! Costumer service is great & assisted me when needed, I was provided with much information for my destinations (their restaurant recommendations were very much appreciated) and their site is really user friendly. I will definitely use greeka.com for my next visit to the Greek islands!!!

I rented a car with them and they sent me to one of their partners: Apollo-rent-a-car. Just have a look at the opinions about them. Terrific!!

I got a car full of small damages as they didn't have the type of car that I have booked with Greeka. After 9 days I give them back the car and they tell me that everything's fine. Back in Spain I notice that they took 300€ from the credit card. Greeka says that it's a discussion between me an Apollo, and they do NOTHING!

I ask them a copy of the contract, they are unable to get it. Just a handwrite form saying that the money was used to repair the car.
This is clear: They used my money to repair the car. BUT I didn't do new damages. It's incredible!!

Last night I found a good car rental deal at the greeka.com, the best that was available on internet. It was a car rental at Rhodes for 2 days on early August. It was about $110 including CDW. (The best expedia deal was $ 143 including CDW. ) I made a reservation. They charged part of the total rental cost (about 20% = $22) promptly to my credit card with the information that they would refund this amount if the rental is "declined" from their partner. After only about 5 hours I received an email saying my rental was declined based on "availability" issue and they would refund the deposit. I received the refund (about $22) back almost immediately. (That's pretty honest.) During this period, they were still displaying the car and location for the rental in their "list" page clearly indicated as "available". I called the company. A staff (with fluent English) answered that they are not capable of knowing availability of particular rental itinerary. The bottom line based on my experience is that the company cannot be relied upon even though they appear to be honest.

We used Greeka to plan our trip to Santorini this summer. It was an easy process.

Searching for ferry options from Athens was easy and user friendly. Booking took no more than a few minutes once we chose our best fit. The confirmation came almost immediately.

We were worried what happens in case of delays and cancellations and wrote to their customer support. They replied quickly and told us that in such cases they send us a message and if need be assist in rerouting the journey. I was happy how polite and clear they were in their reply.

Once we arrived we had a bit of a problem with our rental car, which we booked through Greeka. The car we had booked was not available, however we called them and they talked to the local company. We were offered a better car at the same price instead.

I would also like to recommend their volcano boat tour. We had a great day, even though we forgot our hats. Hehe. XD

We reserved a car through Greeka.com with Green Motion Car Rental to pick up in Preveza, Aktio Aiport in Greece.

When we arrived we were told that there was no reservation for us or car available. We waited for a while whilst the staff tried to find our booking then had to go next door to the Emterprise stand to rent a car. Luckily, Emterprise could accommodate us.

I paid a desposit of £115 to Greeka.com and their 'partner' Green Motion of which both companies are refusing to return to me despite they fact that they had no car or reservation for me.

I cannot recommend avoiding these companies strongly enough.
