I was impressed by our initial contact with Nikos and later with Panos of Greeking.me. The detailed initial itinerary which they prepared, and their patience in answering our questions and iterating through changes we requested, made me feel very confident that we had selected the right travel company.

The friendly promptness with which we were received at Athens airport, all subsequent drop offs and pickups at our hotel and the airport, was impressive. We loved the hotel selected for us ( Electra Metropolis) which was close to the Acropolis. This was an ideal location for restaurants, shopping, and just strolling around to take in the culture of this wonderful city.

Greeking.me organized private walking tours within Athens and the one-day tour of Nafplio. We enjoyed the narration of our well informed tour guides and the beautiful sites at Nafplio.

Greeking.me also arranged a sunset cataraman sailing at Santorini. For those of you reading this review - DO NOT miss this! Wonderful lifetime experience with beautiful scenery as you sail along the coastline of this beautiful island. The half-day private drive tour of various towns and landmarks in Santorini was very enjoyable. It was not rushed and we had plenty of time to appreciate the narration of our driver/guide.

We had a fabulous time on Crete. Katerina was a splendid person to work with to setup the trip. She was most helpful even when I was making bone-headed mistakes! The Knossos tour and guide were just perfect for our party and we thought the guide was the highlight of the trip. This is saying something from one of us who was a director of the Smithsonian Museum in Washington DC ( and a trained Biblical Archeologist) and another who taught Art and Ancient History for 30 years. I have a great picture of the pair in discussion with our guide at the Heraklion Archeological Museum in front of the famous dolphin display.

The Wine tasting tour was also excellent. We ended up buying two cases of wine and had them shipped back home. On our free days, we booked additional tours which allowed us to explore the many wonders of Crete. I did an Off-road Safari tour that was little short of amazing -- taking the back roads of Crete to end up at the cave of Zeus. I have many many pictures! You should explore this as part of your trip plan to see Crete. We also did an architectural tour of Reythmno that was outstanding. We loved the old Venetian town and would love to come back and stay in one of the boutique hotels there. The Legacy Gastro Suites hotel was perfect. We enjoyed how close it was to shopping and downtown. The food at its cafe was excellent. In fact we never had a bad meal on Crete. As for shopping, near the Heraklion Archeological Museum we found the Irida Family Workshop(www dot irdashop dot com) with superb art objects celebrating the history of Crete. The people of Crete were very friendly the food and wine were outstanding. We had a great time and Katerina to thank for it. One of the interesting events was that we ran into the woman taxi driver who met us at the Heraklion airport to take us to the Hotel on our arrival as we were getting out of the taxi at the Airport to depart for Athens. She remembered us and came up and asked us how was our stay. Amazingly nice people on Crete and a superb way to spend a week!

So, in summary we had a great time on Crete and Katerina to thank for it.

I booked this trip to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday, and to combine with our aborted 10th anniversary trip (postponed due to COVID). IT WAS AMAZING!! The entire team at Greeking.me from start to finish were phenomenal. We had such a great time doing the Acropolis tour, Sunset sail in Santorini, Taste of Greek food tour, (and so much more), all of it was amazing. The hotels that they chose were great as were the staff there. I would 10 times out of 10, recommend (and I have recommended) Greeking.me if you are going to visit the Greek Isles.

we spent three weeks in Greece including Athens and some islands. The experience was excellent being balanced, informative and interesting. The guides at the ancient sites were excellent and the accommodation well situated and very comfortable. The best was Katerina ability to chose destinations, archaeological sites and accommodation that matched our needs. The organisation was flawless and we could not recommend this organisation more highly enough.

Working with Ann was absolutely fantastic! The entire experience was top-notch and made our vacation one of the best of our lives. She worked with me to plan the perfect trip and everything was executed to perfection. The excursions and travel between locations was absolutely flawless.

The tour is very well organised and coordinated. There is a good mix of information about the history, flavours and traditions of food and drink as well as information of the city of Athens put together, it is very well balanced.

There is certainly a lot of food and lots of stops. It is a very good representation of Athens and Greek food.

I absolutely loved working with this company! We had a cancelled cooking class reservation in 2020 that they honored the following summer with no issues at all. Last summer, they arranged a private walking tour in Athens that was perfect. They also arranged multiple transfers for us. The vans were spotlessly clean, stocked with water and hand sanitizer, and the driver was always friendly. They communicate clearly, have great ideas and insights, and their execution is flawless. They were an absolute pleasure from start to finish. We will use their services every time we visit Greece!

Just returned from a 2-week vacation to Greece. What a wonderful trip! We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations and arrangements—it was fabulous. Greeking.me handled everything beautifully, including making some last-minute changes and answering questions while we were in Greece. The hotels they chose couldn’t have been better, all the transportation worked perfectly, and the tours were amazing, including (among others) a cultural tour of Naxos, a foodie tour in Athens, and a sunset sailboat cruise from Santorini. Our trip with Greeking Me completely exceeded our expectations. In booking the trip, Nikos was able to to design our trip exactly to our specifications and it truly was just what we had hoped it would be. We had licensed tour guides for our visits to the Acropolis, ancient Corinth, Nafplio and Mycenae. All three were experts in their field and left no questions unanswered. They were friendly, helpful and we enjoyed our time with each of them. We met our tour leader, Vasiliki on our 2nd night and she, and our driver, Alex, would remain with us until we were dropped off at the airport. We could not have asked for a better team. We became fast friends and shared many great times together. As we hit inclement weather at the end of our trip, Vasiliki revised our itinerary and added activities that she knew we would enjoy. Vasiliki was a highly knowledgeable leader. Alex was great behind the wheel and the car was spotless each morning. We fell in love with the mountains of the Peloponnese and visited many of the tiny villages high in the mountains. Our driver, Alex, was from one of these villages, Vytina, and he was kind enough to show us his childhood home, took us for a walk through many beautiful streets and we had lunch at one of his favorite taverns. All the food tours and wine tastings were excellent and the hosts were welcoming. We will always remember the fun times we had with Vasiliki and Alex and hope to see them both on our next trip!
