I ordered a hedgehog house on the Monday morning and at lunch time I had an email saying it had been dispatched arrived with me on Wednesday morning secure packaging well looked after in transport thank you Green Feathers will be using you again

Met my expectations and was simple to install

good product quality, very helpfull, always responding for questions ,delivery

Bought a bug hotel at the Norfolk Garden show on 10th July as we wanted another one. Previous one husband had built so going for the easier option buying one. Guy was really friendly and helpful with advise about the bugs, how they use it an cleaning Have a feeling it cost us £35.
Well didn't need to worry about cleaning as fell to bits last month, the only part intact is the outer structure. The one husband built is going strong!

Josie was very helpful with getting the receiver working again with a new power supply cable which was delivered very quickly.
I am disappointed that any new equipment will be very much more expensive than the previous purchase, but hey...

Good communication when exchanging camaras that I ordered wrong and wouldn't fit my cables, very happy with the new ones and the service.

Great early consultation to ensure I was getting the product. Easy order process and fast delivery. Easy set up with plenty of instructions and videos. Camera not deployed yet but image looks good whilst deciding positioning in my owl box.

Good quality product and hassle free purchase and delivery

Not what I was expecting and expensive for what it is.

Arrived promptly and well packaged. I’m using an old monitor rather than a tv so needed an extra cable but once cables all connected, the picture popped up immediately - all very straightforward. Now need to fit to bird box.

Delivery was super quick and camera was easy to set up.
The camera exceeded our expectations in definition and camera angle. Only had it installed 48 hours but can now see we already had a blue tit roosting, let's hope it chooses our box to nedt in

Excellent product, solid and well made. Website easy to navigate and kept me up to date at all stages. Product well packed and prompt delivery. I received exactly what I ordered. Would definitely recommend them.

Person to person contact made my order placing so much easier and satisfying. Senior citizens like me do not appreciate placing an order to a machine and certainly don’t like forwarding money to a machine

I found it easy to order the item, a hedgehog house, and I was very pleased with the rapidity of delivery. It was well packed and arrived in good condition.

Good product but you have problems connecting to wifi.

We tested out everything before putting it up on the tree. Everything worked perfectly.

It suddenly didn't connect to the wifi after working for a week and so we did not see any birds this season.

We have at least 3 wifi repeaters all within easy reach and access, the nearest one about 10 yds away.

We did have initial problems even connecting it in our house which was overcome.

However this option is not available when the box is stuck up in a tree.

We have previous used Green Finger products without problems and were disappointed with this version.

Fabulous company to deal with, I wanted to upgrade an analogue bird box camera set up that i had for over 10 years which never particularly gave me very clear pictures. I phoned Green Feathers and spoke to Chris who was so helpful. I placed an order with him for the wireless starter kit inc. the hand built birdhouse. The kit arrived 2 working days later and i am absolutely blown away by both the quality of the equipment and the picture i am receiving from the camera - I am just hoping a feathered friend will come and roost over the winter and then set up home in the box in the spring 🤞🤞

Green Feathers were great - there was a mix-up with my order and they sorted it out straightaway. There customer service is excellent.
