Don't Trust AI Willow
Real Person Dexter, helped me setup my bird box and camera and sent me a number of links to help me with setting up a live stream to YouTube, following AI Willow lying to me, telling me she was a Real Person and giving me incorrect information. You would have received 5 stars if it wasn't for Willow.

Ordered a hedgehog house
Ordered a hedgehog house, which arrived promptly, but was damaged in the post. I emailed them immediately to let them know, and they sent me a replacement without any quibbles. It's a well built hedgehog house and we're very happy with the purchase and with the courteous and helpful service we received as well. Thank you.

Purchased by my Husband. Bought the WI-FI powered camera from Green Feathers. It is installed on the side of the house in a bird box and is giving an excellent picture and sound. It was easy to set up. The order was delivered within 48 hours in perfect condition. Green Feathers have given excellent service and back up. The customer service are always quick to respond and give advice. Would thoroughly recommend Green Feathers.

The bird box camera I bought from Green…
The bird box camera I bought from Green Feathers seems almost impossible to set up except possibly by someone with high level technical skills. The very poor instructions are just a mass of options and initials without any meaningful explanation as to what is needed to make the camera work with a simple connection to a TV.

Damage by mice
Initial contact was with Josie who was very helpful arranging return and repair of my bird box camera after cables were chewed by nesting mice. Repair was carried out quickly and return was organised to suit my availability.A subsequent order for a new light for the bird box was also actioned efficiently. Camera and light reinstalled in the box ready for next season's birds(not mice).

The system is straightforward to set-up
The system is straightforward to follow. I found the camera easy to set-up on both my smart-phone and my tablet. So long as the box is in wifi range, you can fix the camera inside with either a bolt or two screws and test it using the app.
