We are really happy with the service Greenco provide and any repairs we report are dealt with as soon as possible we can’t ask for any more

Every person associated with greenco who we have had contact with have always been very approachable and friendly. They act fast when a fault is reported.

Maintenance team are un-organised and take plenty of time to respond to emails requiring work to a property, also a lack of communication and follow ups. Tenant has to consistently chase for a response.

Reported to Greenco that the intergrated fridge is not working, the temp was extremely low and food was going off. They sent someone round to look and we have never heard anything since. As a result i have had to buy a temp fridge and in a small kitchen thats not great space wise for us. Disappointed to say the least but totally fed up with chasing!

Horrendous
Not slightly helpful landlords do nothing about problems at hand wouldnt recommend

After approving to fix the water leak from a shower, they didn't fix it until the tenants moved out 5 months later. Greenco did not attend the house after the tenants moved out. I have to ask another builder to check and found that there were serious moulding and the ceiling has to be replaced. A lot of excuses were made. They said the tenants didn't response ,so they can do nothing. But they never report this to the landlord and said they have done their best.

Greenco understands my needs and can solve problems for me very well, not only helping me repair my apartment, but also giving professional answers to all kinds of questions I ask.
Although I am not in England, I am relieved to entrust the apartment to Greenco.

Impossible to contact, 3+ day response time. When you have issue, impossible to solve. Did 18 months with no monoxide detectors. Many other u resolved issues.

Terrible company next house if rental will not be a greenco property

As an foreign investor, Greenco is a trustful partner to manage property letting.

Occasional maintenance is managed in a proper way from quote, status update to the outcome report. I don't need to worry much. Though the price is sometimes a little above average, I would regard it as an premium fee for them to buy me a comfortable experience.

I would give zero stars, I've been waiting for two weeks for them to respond to the emails I sent asking for repairs on various things here at home and they simply don't respond. They take the money from the rent on the right day but never make repairs. I'm very disappointed. I don't recommend it to anyone!!!
