Fantastic service, very fast and easy to use. After 2 years of misery with cyclescheme.co.uk thank you GCI for making it a pleasure to get my new bike within a 2 week period.

Green Commute Initiative is excellent to purchase a bike through we found them very quick and efficient and extremely pleasant on the phone when I spoke to them they could not do enough for us. All round a very good experience.

The process is quick and efficient. I appreciate the fact that I can eventually get ownership of the bike for a £1 payment when the hire agreement ends, and the shop I bought from appreciated the fact that the commission charged is low.

They have managed to make a seemingly complicated process very simple. The service is expedited by automation but when you need customer service you can talk to a human being. Perfect combo!

Having been suggested this scheme by friends and it being in my work portal for staff schemes i thought i would give them a try and i'm glad i did! They could not have been more helpful throughout buying my bike. Emails were replied to promptly and with informative answers. I will be using them again in future and would happily suggest others to use them also!

This is the third different cycle-to-work scheme that I have used since 2008 and it is undoubtedly the most effortless and most professional. Highly recommended.

I chose a bike at 10:00 and got the voucher at 16:00 on the same day! Obviously this relied on my company paying the invoice promptly, but CGI did each of their steps within the hour.

Claire and Eileen at GCI were very helpful every time i called to check on the progress of my scheme purchase, helping me to move things along from both sides to get the process all tied up in no time.

Claire was also very helpful in explaining the process of salary deductions and how the scheme works

I recently used GCI to purchase a bike and the whole process couldn't have been easier for me and my employer. The online application is very straightforward, I got a very fast and helpful response when I called GCI with some questions, and everything was completed very quickly.

Awesome experience, clearly explained, no £limit on Cycle2Work bikes, allows you to deal with (some) manufacturers direct (which I did), order placed and processed so efficiently. Highly recommend!
