Prompt delivery, excellent customer service. The scooter is in great condition and everything is as seen on the website.

Green Electric Scooters have a really nice selection of ebikes. I wasn’t sure what to go with but I discussed my needs with them and they provided me with some food for thought and some logical options before I choose the Fiido M1 Pro - because of it’s good ability to deal with rough roads and large motor.
The bike came within the advertised time and any queries that I had they were fast to follow up with me and help me on my way. I also purchased a helmet, which came the day before the bike. Overall can’t say they were anything other than very helpful and polite to deal with.

I wanted a kids electric scooter for Christmas for our child. We discussed our needs with Green Electric Scooters and they advised us to go with the Kugoo Kirin. We ordered it and it arrived in 4 days. Excited to open it

Placed order for scooter (925 Euros) and that was the biggest mistake I made. I decided a few days later to check for an update on its delivery progress and was sent a dpd tracing link. Apparently, it was on its way from the Netherlands which came as a bit of a shock as I had assumed it would be dispatched from stock already in the country. But it proves one thing, never assume anything when buying products on the internet. Anyway, after checking it when I received the link from Green electric I left it a few day before I check its progress again and there was no change from the tracking information I had seen a few days before. I contacted Green electric to see what was going on and was told they would contact dpd to see what was going on and would get back to me.....but the getting back to me never happened......I had to contact them again as several days later as the item on dpd tracking system had not been updated since I was sent the tracking number. If dpd is the courier contracted to transport and deliver an item to a clients customer the client can at anytime pick up the phone and ask the courier company where the item is in the system and what is the delay, and I know this as I deal with several courier company's on a regular basis. So if Green eclectic had done this as they said they would why was I not told were the item was in the delivery chain, its known as keeping the client in the picture. To this day I have never been told where the items was or ended up. I decided this is a complete sham and informed the company that I wished to cancel the order. Anyway, I received an email this morning saying my refund was transferred this morning and should hit my account within the next few day. The bottom line is very simple. I used this company because they are an Irish owned to be honest usually I don't care where the company is but as they were two Irish lads running their own business I decided to support them and place the order with them. I have learned down through the years that in business never make a decision based on sentiment, and that was the mistake I made here.(1) The vast majority of company's automatically send you a tracking number with the receipt....you don't have to ask for one.....green electric did not do this, I only got a tracking number when I inquired about the delivery.(2) Company's as a rule monitor deliveries so if there is a problem it is quickly picked up......clearly Green electric does not do this, if they had they would have seen there was a problem with this delivery. I could not then believe it when I seen in an email the offer to resend the order without ever being told what happened to the first order.
At 6pm Friday I ordered a scooter from another company. I would never place another order with this company and wound never recommend it to anyone.
