Quick and efficient service

Bought the laptop refurbished on the Sunday night. It was here by Tuesday. Asked for an upgrade to the laptop too.

Laptop works like a dream and any minor cosmetic damage to the laptop is unnoticeable to me. All previous detailed too so no surprises.

Price was very reasonable even with the upgrade.

I would definitely recommend.

The next working day my laptop was ready, and a courteous gentleman phoned me to discuss the delivery date. I then received a beautiful machine in condition which I cannot distinguish from brand new. The price was the best that I could find on any comparable model. I saved a fortune, the purchase was stress-free, my new laptop is top quality, and I'm delighted to recommend them.

After getting fed up with consumer level laptops that break just out of warranty, I opted to buy a refurbished professional grade machine from these guys. I have not been disappointed, the laptop was exactly as advertised. It was labelled grade ‘B’, the grading system was absolutely trustworthy; the laptop had a few very minor marks, less than I expected, and was spotlessly clean.
A great option to get a used high performance machine.

very quick to receive the item and it was in a condition like new. So much cheaper than buying new and better for the environment too.

Refurbished laptop looked perfectly new. On website said a few scratches but saw none whatsoever. Was very happy with the protective packaging for the laptop, arrived safely. Arrived 2 days after ordering too. Very professional and very happy with the laptop and delivery so thank you!

Laptop active on time, very securely packaged and was as the advertised description.

Ordered a grade A laptop just after Xmas arrived sooner than expected. Laptop was excellent value (over £500) cheaper than anywhere else. Quality was perfect it looked new. Description exactly as stated. Would 100% use this company again from start to finish everything perfect.
