If I could give them zero stars I would!
I placed an order for a greenhouse in August of 2024. I never received any response from the company except that an order was placed (and paid for). After over 3 months I finally got ahold of someone via a chat online and cancelled my order. They told me they would refund the entire purchase of $2,911.00. As of Jan 21, over 5 months since the beginning of this debacle I have not received a refund. They also do not answer my email or voicemails left. Frankly I am assuming this is a scam operation. Stay away from this company!!! They will take your money and run. They will lie to you that they will refund your purchase but they don’t.
Unfortunately I financed this through Affirm and while they have gotten paid, I still have one more payment to make to Affirm (this is not their problem)…it is yourgreenhouse.com that has failed to respond to me the customer and has been giving me the runaround about sending a refund.
I’m hoping this is enough of a warning so that no one else gets scammed.

SCAM ALERT! Ordered a greenhouse and had to dispute it due to Bruno being non responsive. DO NOT ORDER!!!

Exquisite, simple design for a nearly there green house. Joe and his team were friendly and thorough putting up our Pure Greenhouse. We had to wait for a while..Brexit and Covid has taken its toll on supplies but Joe always kept us in the loop and we are very pleased with our beautiful green house.

Purchased Greenhouse With a 15 week lead time! After 15 weeks first email sent, where is it? Told when I ordered it was 25 weeks wait! I would not have ordered a greenhouse to turn up at the end of the summer! Finally in May the greenhouse was delivered yet I was told the £400 fitting I’d paid for wouldn’t be available for another month! After several emails fitting booked for 5th June! Fitter turned up built 2 gables and announced the greenhouse was incomplete so couldn’t proceed any further! Assured he’d be back in touch Monday with resolution! Instead he contacted me to say that the greenhouse wouldn’t fit on the base I’d provided and I’d need to extend it!!! The base had been constructed under advice from Greenhouses.com to the dimensions they had sent me! Photos were also sent weeks before install to ensure the base was efficient! Please bare in mind I’ve been suffering heavily with anxiety and depression and was due into hospital for a hip resurfacing operation of which I made Rachel Philpot / Dan at greenhouses.com / julianna group aware. This news lead to hospital admission following a large anxiety attack. Dan then calls back to announce he be back on 16th June to finish as after all it will fit on the base I’d provided! On the 10th June I was admitted into hospital for my operation! Most of my plants (purchased to go Into the greenhouse some weeks ago) were now damaged or dead! Finally Dan finished the greenhouse yesterday 16th June to which I am happy with product, Halls Birdlip 6 x 4. I’ve emailed Rachael again today to discuss compensation and the reply I got was that Dan had fitted the integrated shelving free of charge (the shelving was purchased from them and was not included in the £400 fitting charge) so she considered the matter closed!!! What about my plants?? What about the anxiety you caused! In my opinion this company do not care about there customers, the service they provide but do care about how much money they can get in their pockets! Disgusting and I’d advise anybody to get all details in black and white before buying or better still spend your money with a company who actually care!

Ordered Halls popular greenhouse 6 x 8 and delivered within published timescales. Patience is a virtue regarding current delivery timescales. A few little issues with missing parts and one broken pane which were handled professionally and courteously. If communications were just slightly improved regarding messages left via Web site ( acknowledge receipt and response) that would greatly improve perception of customer service. Overall delighted and would recommend.

Absolutely awful. Could not get in contact and when FINALLY replied to a message, responses were poor. Only asked for delivery updates. Will definitely buy elsewhere!! Be cautious using this company - poor poor service.

It’s taken an eternity for my product to arrive, customer services took an age to reply and were not the friendliest.

We recently purchased a Burford Greenhouse from this company. Excellent customer service, delivery on agreed date/time slot, and helpful delivery driver. Excellent quality, and having had one minor issue with a piece of glass, contacted customer services who resolved this speedily, professionally and in a friendly manner.
Highly recommend both product, service and follow up.
