The quality of the materials is very good. Material arrived in good shape. One piece of polycarbonate was damaged and is being replaced. The 8x13 greenhouse was ordered 11-1-25 and received 4-7-26. Over this time period, I called several times and received different information each time on the status, which I believe was not accurate, at least misleading. I was assured I would receive a tracking email when it shipped. My last call in March, they said I should receive the greenhouse in early to the middle of April. On April 7th, a freight truck showed up with the greenhouse. I never did receive a tracking email.

I was disappointed in the accuracy of the printed instructions. Numerous areas were not clear; there is no narrative, only pictures with numbers. None of my parts or bags of hardware were labeled with numbers from the instructions. Page 11 shows drawings of the polycarbonate with sizes. The pictures of the poly do not match the listed size; however, the written sizes match the parts once you figure them out, don't go by the photos of the poly on page 11. Pages 12 & 13 are another parts list. The last part on page 13 has the extension elements listed. It was not specified that since I ordered the 13-foot, I had two extensions. I eventually figured that out, but it would have been nice to have a written narrative. Two of the parts, K1 and K2, are L brackets, and the legs of the brackets are of different widths, which require a specific orientation. After the installation of a couple, it was obvious I had them reversed. Having a note to that effect of orientation would have been helpful.

There were some parts included that were not listed, i.e., aluminum tape, two aluminum channels that I figure were for the roof vent, but not sure. Communication to the technical department was never returned. I was told that if I had technical questions, to call a number. I called it 3 times during installation, leaving a message, and I'm still waiting for a return call.

Overall, we are pleased with the product. The company needs to work on the accuracy of the communications and the quality of the installation instructions. The installation video was somewhat helpful, but the clips are very short.

When I started looking for big greenhouses (50’+) I would see commercial sites and the cost would be 10X more then the one I found with YourGreenHouse. When I received the crate I was pleased with the quality of every material aspect of its content. The only problem I had was that the directions in places were vague and nondescript. I was able to build my giant greenhouse by myself but I would advise at least two people building one and make sure you inventory and label all parts that aren't labeled and you will be fine.

So far so good. Easy to find the one I think she will like. Process was easy. Now if shipping and receiving is as good? Hopefully easy assembly.

The greenhouse is durable and works great.

Ordered the greenhouse on March 8th. I was told there was a 2-3 week shipping time. It took about 3 weeks to get into the United States. FEDEX shipment went to Memphis where it was immediately placed on a customs hold because the manufacturer had not supplied the required customs forms. I contacted support right away and called every day for over a week to see if they had supplied the information. FEDEX called me everyday with an update waiting for the proper paperwork. Today I was informed that FEDEX would be processing the product for return if they don't have the information by tomorrow. I suggest everyone read the comments on their Facebook advertisements. Apparently timely shipping is another issue they have.

Update the reply by the manufacturer below is a lie. Federal Express processed my package for return to shipper this morning. Now I'm going to have to file a scam report with my bank to get my money back. Hopefully somebody at that company goes to jail.

I love my greenhouse so far. It is super stable and functional. I do think the instructions were a bit confusing and I may have built it slightly wrong. For example I never got the pop up window to work and now it's just a flimsy window I hold down with the weight of a brick. So better instructions would be great.
All the materials are really durable and nice, except the handles, but their customer service is really amazing, which is huge in my opinion for product selection, and they have sent me new handles. Also they were available throughout the build process whenever I had a question.

Ordered the greenhouse early on 2025 before growing season in New England. Received in March with no damage though tracking was intermittent. Assembled about a week later in 2 says with 3 people and 2 full day on a location I prepared with my backhoe. Came as a base unit with an extension so took a bit of figuring out but went together ok. Unit has held up well through 1 growing season, winter blizzard and high winds. Did not install roof vent and opted for large fan at opposite end of entry door hooked to a thermostat. I use for hardening plants and growing some inside that love the summer heat as well as extending out the fall growing season using a diesel heater. I definitely recommend the product but be sure you have some help assembling and read instructions (several times) and test fit sections and especially check for level and square as you go. Ordered the 20' classic round top.

Instructions were almost of no use. Parts were not clearly labeled. I have extra parts that I believe were not labeled.

What I like is the super sturdy frame.

What I wish you had is a water capture/rain gutter system to add to the greenhouse.

I lived in the Midwest cold winter put deisel heater in it grow veg all winter.

The greenhouse is durable and has withstood a full year of crazy weather, including severe winds, ice, and snow. It looks nice, too.
We had a shipping problem and there were a few missing parts. The issue was addressed reasonably fast.
Assembly was challenging, mostly because of the semi-confusing/ vague instructions, and the small parts (nuts & bolts).
Overall, I am satisfied.

After lots of research I chose Yourgreenhouse to make my purchase with, that was a year ago. I’m so happy with my purchase. My greenhouse is durable, easy to construct and easy to use all of its space as intended. Bruno and his staff were wonderful to work with. I absolutely love my Greenhouse.

The Green house arrived in less than a month. Came perfect with FedEx.(the big truck) It took me over a year to build it but it's worth the waiting. They seem had two salesman Bruno and Carlos both been very helpful and patient with me even tho we had a lil bit issue prior to the shipment. I do recommend this product and the company.

Greenhouse works great
Added a solar powered vent fan and lights. The greenhouse does not seal up very well, I used silicon calk and spray foam. This green house is not perfect but a good budget option.
