You placed an order for our Jumbo pallet of 48 bales, due to the size of this pallet the usual delivery method is not available.
This is clearly advised on the item description:
“The pallet must be unloaded by customers own forklift or the customer must handball the bales off of the vehicle. The pallet is too large to be used with a pump truck and tail lift”

We’re really sorry that this must have been misunderstood when you placed the order but thankfully the driver offered to help your husband.
Please accept our apologies and should you place another order we would advise you to order our Standard Pallet of 30 bales which can be unloaded with a tail lift and pump truck.
We will make changes to the website so that customers fully understand the terms when ordering the Jumbo Pallet.
